Do not use this location for pack-and-ship services for fragile items. The owner tells you that you…read morecan leave the item and she will take care of packing it correctly. Don't trust her. Twice now fragile items have arrived broken. When I looked inside the boxes in which they were shipped, there was barely any packing material, and there was a lot of empty space in the packages for fragile items to bounce around. To top it off, she didn't even write fragile on the outside of the boxes before shipping. It seems she can get away with this because she'll just direct you to FedEx to get a refund, which is of no use for things that are personal and priceless. She's not liable, even if she packages items shoddily. So if you're going to use this place (which I recommend you don't!), tell her you will wait while she packs up your items so that you can make sure she packages then properly. Or better yet, go elsewhere. Both times she didn't even apologize.

I had been working with a different printer, but their rates were expensive, and to be honest I wasn't satisfied with the thin paper they were using. I searched for printers on Yelp and found Express Copy & More, and I'm so happy I did! Fast forward about a year, and today I am a loyal customer. The owner, Jandark, is a lovely person all-around. She prints my work on acid-free, thick "cover" paper that is a huge step up in quality from the prints I was ordering from a different business. In terms of pricing, her rates are absolutely fair and affordable. Also, she's friendly and a joy to work with. It's a happy part of my day when I get to visit her, pick up my prints, chat a bit, and take home a piece of chocolate (or two, or three) from the bowl of candy on her desk. Thankfully, I took lots of before shipping and packaging process pictures too! UPS destroyed it, but Susan assisted me the the insurance claim process.
