Do not use this location for pack-and-ship services for fragile items. The owner tells you that you…read morecan leave the item and she will take care of packing it correctly. Don't trust her. Twice now fragile items have arrived broken. When I looked inside the boxes in which they were shipped, there was barely any packing material, and there was a lot of empty space in the packages for fragile items to bounce around. To top it off, she didn't even write fragile on the outside of the boxes before shipping. It seems she can get away with this because she'll just direct you to FedEx to get a refund, which is of no use for things that are personal and priceless. She's not liable, even if she packages items shoddily. So if you're going to use this place (which I recommend you don't!), tell her you will wait while she packs up your items so that you can make sure she packages then properly. Or better yet, go elsewhere. Both times she didn't even apologize.

"We don't have internet for customers, you need to go to the Starbucks across the lot". What? Employee printed, then tried to Fax. it was busy again & again & again. I called the govt agency Inwas faxing to who said Fax was working fine on their end. Ran to UPS ScottsV where they sent it through first try and said it's not uncommon for print shops to still operate with outdated fax machines that are notoriously know to have issues. It about cost me my case. Can't express the helpfulness of the UPS staff vs the lacksidasical, non-caring attitude of Annex's staff.

Lesson learned here - when sending greeting cards overseas, better give USPS at least 4+ weeks lead time to ensure your cards arrive on time and save yourself some anxiety.
