Whether a paying patron shipping a package, or simply dropping off an Amazon refund, I always receive exceptional customer service. I once stopped at a different UPS store, as it was on my way running errands, and received far less than even the superficial "professional" customer service one would expect at any business establishment. The Crescent UPS staff have never requested I do their job, and for that I am grateful. The line may get long, but each employee will serve you with courtesy.

Which is fine. But she was not kind at all. She was short, and rude. I am out $300 dollars for a package that seems to be lost by them. And being a little kind could go a long way when people loose sh!t. Maybe she was having a worse day than me, cause her attitude blew chunks. But I have been in here three other times, and the people that work here just seem like they hate being there or helping people. If you hate people go work at the DMV, where people expect you to be a jerk.

When you walk in, you can never expect to get a smile, usually not even a greeting, even when you're standing in line for a while. Always only one employee. Nothing moving quickly or efficiently. This morning I was in line behind someone who looks like they were getting a passport. I waited for what seems like forever before the employee even turned around to say he would be right with me, as his back was to me (and all the customers) the entire time. He had the customer behind the counter, trying to take fingerprints....and apparently she couldn't understand the simple concept of laying her finger flat on the scanner. No surprise here, this idiot customer parked her car right in front of the store taking up one and a half parking spots. Behind the employee was a poor UPS driver with a dolly full of packages just simply waiting to get past him to his truck. Trapped behind the counter with the employee blocking the walk way. He stood there for what seems like forever because this employee couldn't even be courteous enough to take five steps to the right let him pass by. Before this, the employee is having a conversation with this passport customer about how this is his girlfriend's neighbor and what cars are in the driveways and what color houses they are for identifying markers. All while I sat there waiting patiently, a line collecting a line behind me. The woman behind me left her letter and left. I finally took my packages and walked out, super pissed as I write this. Probably should wait until I cool off, but an angry toy he speaks a truthful heart. I waited foreverrrrrrrrrrrr for nothing. This morning was a complete display of lack of consideration, respect and urgency for other people's time. I can't stand this location. But at the end of the day, I know better than to come here.

Staff told me it was delivered on a Sunday when they're closed. I checked -- it was actually delivered on a Wednesday morning when they were open. After being told to file a claim with the sender I received a text the next day saying my package was there. When I picked it up the owner seemed confused and simply handed it over -- no acknowledgment, no apology, zero accountability. I genuinely wanted this to work. It didn't. Their prices are low for the POBox but not worth the headache. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I tried FedEx / UPS store (only nominally less by a few cents, the Local Library in Concord (too inconvenient because they only accept dollar bills), and a printing press in Concord (equally comparable to copymat but they closed by the time I got out of work). I was in and out in less than 10 mins and I paid 50-60% less than what I would have paid for at FedEx or UPS store. I will definitely come back here if I need photocopy needs.

Yes but the workers are efficient so the line moves. Are the workers super friendly all the time? No but I still get a "hi" and a smile and I've never experienced any flat out rudeness or overtly bad customer service like I have at other locations. I've sent packages across the country and even internationally and they were able to help me with decent efficiency. I even made a passport appointment for my toddler a year ago and the employee was super patient with us dealing with a toddler and getting photos. And they were very on time with the appointment I scheduled. So honestly I don't have any complaints. I've been to other local post offices where I've experienced flat out rudeness or blatantly bad customer service but never at this Walnut Creek location. It's the one I go to if I happened to go to another location where workers flat out didn't want to help me. This is a post office that has workers that know how to do their job.

No certified mail slips for a week leading up to probably one of the busiest days for the post office!? Went to another post office and I'm keeping the location secret because there was no line, fast employees, and plenty of certified mail slips!
