I was waiting on an important package to come. The tracker said it came at 7:34am so when I went to check my mail at 9am and my mail box was empty. This threw off my whole day. I kept checking my mail every hour until 12:30. Then I went to the post office and they said it should have been there but that carrier was running late. Why would that carrier mark the package as delivered and it wasn't? . When I got back home around 1:30 .... That package was there the moral of the story is... If you're tracking your package the arrival time will not be the same as the alert you get from checking it because the carriers like to say they did they job their job when they actually didn't so they can get ahead or save themselves a write up. read more

I've had mixed experiences with this post office. One particular encounter had me so infuriated that I actually ended up joining a support group for people screwed over by the post office on Facebook. I don't go here unless I absolutely have to - and avoid it like the plague the rest of the time. Hey, you want to know why FedEx and UPS are kicking the USPS' ass? Ok I guess this is more of a review of the entire system and website than just this one post office, but they really need to fix their website and make it more clear. I drove 30 minutes to find a drop off location for an express package that needed to go out today. It clearly stated they had the large drop boxes here, but guess what? They lock them up inside, so yeah after hours drop boxes but NO you cant access them! What a waste of time! POST OFFICE : your website needs to be much more clear as to what services you provide at each location! read more

WORST post office I've ever been to in my life! Our mailboxes were broken into over a month ago, & the post master had zero tolerance for all of the homeowners questions & concerns. She threatened to send our mail back to the senders because she "can't" hold the mail for us; however, I have been here once a week to pick up my mail for the last three weeks, & some of the mail I picked up today is postmarked +1 month ago, which means that they've been holding our mail longer only because they have failed to give it to us when we showed up to pick it up! RUDE postmaster! I understand all of the responsibilities we have as homeowners. All we were looking for was some guidance as to HOW to get this resolved, & this was the FIRST time it was explained! She said that she's been telling people for weeks, but we did NOT get the memo lady, & that's miscommunication from YOUR team. Have some empathy for the homeowners, sheesh! read more

I called this morning about a package that had been returned. I spoke with three different workers and they were all extremely helpful and helped me find my package. My wife and I came in to get my sons passport, and unfortunately we were helped by a worker named ghina who had the worse attitude I've encountered in a while. Horrible customer service. In like I witnessed then telling a customer they are in the wrong place for the package their shipping since they do not print out slips. That they need to go to the postal annex down the street and ended the sentence with next. Mind you this was someone who wAs not from the area and surely looked confused in what a postal annex was. No customer service at all. Finally someone popped up from the blue door which took forever and asked if anyone needed to buy a single stamp or a book of stamps which I was in line to buy a book of stamps and box of envelopes. I raised my hand walked up and said yeah I need a book of stamps and just regular envelopes to go with them, all of a sudden he couldn't sale them if it's strictly not just stamps. How does that make any sense youR doing a transaction that go together. At the very end after waiting in line I asked for a booo k of stamps and a box of regular envelopes and the lady helping which didn't greet me with any friendly matter said what's that? I don't know what a box of envelopes are, we have a pack of them. Ok excuse me not knowing the lingo I need an assortment of envelopes then. Told me they were back their and that I needed to hurry back that there was a line. Yeah I have 2 torn ligaments currently wearing an ankle brace I I'll be sure to sprint my behind as quickly as possible for you. And then to top it off when I needed to write the address of my envelope off there are no pens in sight. I swear you have to come to this post office with everything including the work uniform just to get some related smile out of these people. Worse post office ever. Heidi gets 5 stars from me! This lady knows customer service. What started as a crazy ordeal ended up being a reminder that there are still kind people in this world. First, we confused our appointment date and time, however she was able to get us in that same day. Then we didn't know we had to bring the babies, and it was time for my husband to go back to work. Therefore she swore him in and allowed me to go to school and pick up the kids. When I got there one of the kid's pictures was not acceptable so she took a good one for FREE! She was so kind and had a smile on her face the entire process! Then I left in a rush because the kids were crying ...and forgot my ID. She called me on my cell to let me know that she would send a courier to my house the next day to deliver it. She made this whole experience a pleasant one. She is a blessing! read more

This place should have 5 stars! The employees are ALL awesome. I come in here once or twice a month and they are always quick to get everyone in and out! I was even in there during the Holiday season and even though the line was long, they tried to hard to get everyone out quickly. read more

Great staff, however this location is in a dangerous area, Perris might very well be the Mail Theft Capital of the USA. The US Postal Service can fix each box that gets broke into for $300-$600 depending on the size of the community box. If you took the dollar amount lost by customers and compared it to say bank fraud, credit card theft, the FBI would be involved. Today I will be there at the post office to confront them on the thefts, you can read other peoples comments about the subject as I am not alone in this struggle. I will be going to the Sheriffs office as well as Perris City Hall to find out what our Mayor thinks about the situation. I will also have a zero tolerance for perceived gang members from this point on. Go tell your family, friends, loved ones, neighbors and quite possibly look in the mirror, if you steal mail you might get shot. Such bad package delivery! Instead of putting packages on front porch, they keep leaving in flowerbeds with rain and sprinklers! Just found a package of medications in flower bed in the rain!!! I guess they can't take a few extra steps to porch. read more

i am resident on hammack av perris ca 92570 and the mail man just got me tired of having to get a call from neighbors to pick up my mail. or packages .pls.do your job right or get vacations if needed.try to call office no body responds on hold for half hour.so I was force to write a review.terrible customer service.good thing we have good people to take time to call or return items.thanks neighbors. read more

I honestly dislike this post office so much. They disconnect their phone so that they don't have to answer their phone when they are busy. They had a package of mine for over two weeks because the sender added a letter in the address by accident but when they decided to send a letter stating they were going to send the package back I received that one. I went 5 times to the post office and they could never find the package. The white guy that works the back is rude, when I asked for a number to call he started to blurt out numbers without me getting a pen or my phone out to take it down. Then I show him the number I had been calling and told him it does not even ring, and he says, "Well I'm busy and I can't answer the phones so I disconnect the phone." I contacted their corporate offices and never heard back from them. I hate dealing with the post office and if I could I would rather deal with UPS or FedEx. read more
