    Homeless people and dog next to your parked car.

    This review is for a weekday afternoon. I stopped by to drop off a letter in the mail. There is one employee behind the counter. I did not go inside since I don't want to wait in a line. I am very concern about the parking lot safety. There is a homeless campsite in the parking lot. Two male and a large dog next the parking lot. I am concern that cars will be broken into. Minus 5 stars.

    I just want to say that there is a mailman here who is so delightful to interact with. I never thought I would enjoy a visit to the post office but his kindness was so refreshing. I never had any problems here in the past and I've even rented a mail box here for a few months without any issues, so overall the service has been everything I needed it to be on its own. Also the place has all the standard items you need to mail a package including nice gift cards and such. The customer experience though brings the average 4 stars up to 5. Thank you for the kindness (:

    Clearly, I can appreciate how a customer may have had a particular issue with a service or whatever the mindset. To be blunt, the service I received, from this USPS station is Top-Tier! Basically, Josh was very attentive, professional, polite, timely with assisting me with my package. Plus, practicing and protection from spreading COVID-19. Most importantly, after the transaction, I left my wallet on the counter and drove away only to realize that my wallet was at the USPS station. Once I was back at the counted, Josh noticed my distress and asked what color is the wallet? I quickly replied... Burgundy! I certainly will recommend this station to anyone because of the attentive staff like Josh.

    Was told my package label was going to fall off even though taped on. Worker did not give me insight. Will not be coming here anymore

    The people at the register are sometimes mean and I feel like they don't want t to help you if you don't know how to send packages.

    Meh it's the usps.. home of the unhappy workers. Location is easily missed, across the street from a target and shares a lot with a subway.

    They said it opens at 9am,FALSE! it's 22 mins past 9 still close... even po box access they said opens at 7am even now it is close.

It is very close to Pasadena City College and very convenient for me. It's a lot cheaper than my purchasing all the equipment and putting it in a small room. I needed to make some copies and fax some important papers. I entered the store and was greeted by a smile and a hello from the staff. I had some questions concerning the multi-purpose self-service machine. I needed to insert my credit card and adjust some settings. My papers were quickly processed. I am very impressed with the training program that FedEx must have in place. There's plenty of parking in the parking lot behind the store. There is also off street parking on the side streets perpendicular to Colorado Boulevard. I will continue to be a loyal customer. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

Her willingness to take the time and be thorough made a real difference. Too often, experiences like this can feel rushed or impersonal, so it was refreshing to work with someone who clearly cares about doing the job well and pays attention to details. Destiny's professionalism and positive attitude really stood out, and I hope her efforts are recognized.

Was having a super chaotic and anxious day, needed their machines. I keep long ass nails and roll w tweezers that I had forgotten in the car due to being frazzled. I called Maurice over to help me and we had a dope convo that made me smile and leave feeling better than I went in. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! And just being a good human in general. Leave people and things better than you find them. Across the board tho this place is reliable and legit. I come in to print occasionally. Between coming here and printing at the office, still cheaper than buying a new cartridge. I haven't seen Maurice the last couple times but he could've just been off. But either way he rocks, and I'll be back.

On top of that, his appearance and lack of professionalism were concerning enough that I was uncomfortable standing at the counter. This is a customer-facing role--basic courtesy and professionalism should be non-negotiable. I won't be returning, especially with a print shop literally next door that values customers' time. The low rating here is well earned, and I wish I'd noticed it before walking in.

Service can be brusque; perhaps their reasoning is they are a necessary service with a guaranteed group of core customers, so why indulge them with courtesy? The office can be messy, in part because it's definitely on the small side, so lots of boxes are placed in areas where customers go. I now only come to this branch if I have a simple task, like bringing in a package that is already properly taped up and already has a label that can be easily scanned. Even then, you are asked to place your item on the stack of boxes in the middle of the store. Anything more complicated, or requiring more assistance, I go to the UPS by Vons on Colorado.

My first visit she scolded me about not having the box with the scan code, which I had forgot to bring. Sure, that was my fault, but she made it seem like I had committed treason. So I just walked out. Well, this time around I figured maybe she was having a bad day. I had my return with the scan code. After greeting her and getting zero response (shocker!), she goes ahead and scans my phone. Then she prints the return label and just hands it to me and demands that I put it on the box. I ask where and she says "over the old address!" Yo, isn't that your job lady? And then she gruffly tells me to just put the box on top of a whole bunch of other boxes that were just sitting in the middle of the store. So I guess I work here now! And why the eff is there a pile of boxes in the middle of the store anyway? Which brings me to another gripe: this place is disorganized as hell. There are boxes lying around everywhere and the counters barely have any space to do anything. Just piles of paper, stationery, knick knacks, the Epstein files, you name it. It really makes you question how thorough they are with your packages. Seriously. Thanks to Yelp, you can see how others feel about this place. On some of these reviews, their business manager replies with a lame cut and paste message apologizing and claiming they'll look into it. Lulz, yeah right. Your problems are still there! Get a clue, man! Avoid this store if you can.

I contracted Box & Ship to handle the packing and return shipment of my original oil painting and custom frame from the 2025 California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition. Their responsibility was simple: pack my artwork properly, with all of my original packing material, that I clearly had instructions to save, so it would arrive safely. Instead, their negligence, of not saving my original packing material and their poor repackaging, caused damage to my frame, and their customer service afterward towards me was dismissive and unprofessional. Here are the facts: Improperly sealed box: When I received my painting via FedEx on September 10, 2025, one end of the box was barely taped shut and nearly open. Only two pieces of tape barely holding one end of the box closed. My original packing material was mostly missing inside: There was very little packing material holding the painting and frame in the box. The artwork could shift around freely during shipping. Missing original packing: When I shipped my painting to the exhibition in July, I personally packed it with bubble wrap and peanuts so it was tight and secure....it could not move at all. It arrived to the California Art Club Gold Medal Exhibition undamaged and safe. However, after waiting 3-4 weeks to have my painting shipped back to me and Box & Ship finally got around to send it back, most of my original packing material was missing, leaving the piece vulnerable. Resulting damage: Because of their careless packing, the inner wood liner of my custom, hand-finished frame sustained a full break. I hand-finished this frame myself to match the painting, and repairing it will cost $200 in labor and materials. I have extensive photographic documentation showing the poor packing job and the resulting damage. When I contacted Box & Ship to request reimbursement, their response was dismissive. Instead of taking accountability, they told me: "The California Art Club insures the Gold Medal. Not Box & Ship. Please contact Eire and take it up with them." This reply is unacceptable. Not only does it deflect accountability for their poor packing practices, but it also demonstrates a complete disregard for the artists whose work they are entrusted to protect. Whether or not the California Art Club maintains insurance on artworks exhibited, the fact remains that Box & Ship themselves caused the damage through careless handling. As an artist, this experience has been infuriating. I will never trust Eric and Box & Ship again, nor use their poor shipping services. Their negligence not only damaged my frame, but their dismissive attitude shows they do not value their customers or the responsibility of safeguarding important artworks. I strongly urge the California Art Club to reconsider its relationship with Box & Ship. By continuing to use this company, they risk not only their reputation, but damaging more artists' works and undermining their commitment to protecting the contributions of their artist members, which make all their exhibitions possible. For fellow artists: think twice before entrusting your artwork to Box & Ship in Pasadena, California. Based on my bad experience, they are very slow to ship artwork, apparently have too much work for them to handle in a respectable time frame, careless in their packing and refuse to take responsibility when their negligence causes damage.
