    Horrible Service! They lost my DMV Reg Card, I filed a complaint and NO ONE respinded!! Now I have to get the DMV to send me another which will probably get lost yet AGAIN!!

    My major beef with this post office (on Kearney) is they do not answer the phone, ever!! Made a complaint to the customer service number (which is a pain to navigate, and you cannot get through auto system without a tracking #!! What if my question doesn't pertain to a tracking #?!) The woman from Kearney Avenue that called back said in a rude manner, "I'm the one who ALWAYS answers the phone, you might be calling when I'm not here!" Really? No one else can answer the phone? I have called several different times of the day, different days of the week (during business hours, mind you) and they literally never answer the phone. Another complaint I have is that there is one clerk who is rude to everyone. I saw two separate elderly ladies in front of me asking for help, he said "one thing at a time!" and "I can't help with that!" I just avoid him at all cost. Tried talking to a supervisor and they basically said there is nothing they can do. Even though he is rude, unwilling, and incapable of doing his job! He is basically "too busy" to do a good job. He is basically immune from being reprimanded, I guess. It is such a shame!! I will end on a more positive note: They always have cute decorations on holidays and such. Whoever comes up with the ideas for that, keep up the good work! Also, a few of the other workers are very kind and help each customer with what they need. These workers make it a pleasant experience. The other guy, not so much.

    There is still no package to my daughter. It's almost 1 month now. Went today and waited almost an hour for a manager to come up. She basically told me they can't do anything. Go online and into your USPS account and file missing mail. Well, that would be great. However, you have to select a category to put the item in. As you can see, there are no drop-down options. So, how exactly do I file a claim then. You go in, and they say go online, you go online, and their site is useless. This post office really just needs to be shut down or COMPLETELY restaffed from the bottom up. I'm beyond frustrated, pissed off, and disappointed. They honestly earn every customer that comes in berating them. This post office is full of theives and liars. Someone probably looked at the content listed on the box and saw that it was valuable and had valuable items. It's funny that I was never offered additional insurance either. Theives and liars.... shut them down

    Terrible service lately .... my package was stuffed in my mailbox and could not get it out. Called the post office with no answer... went to the post office and got attitude. Hey, IF MY PACKAGE WOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED PROPERLY THERE WOULD NOT BE A PROBLEM!!!! (Zero stars) for the crappy service lately!!

    I would give negative stars if possible . It's almost like these workers pride themselves on how possibly rude they can be to you

    Love our Kearney PO. Clerks there are super helpful and friendly. Looks like only grumpy people post reviews so here is an unbiased one.

During the conversation with staff, it was admitted that they frequently receive rejected fingerprint submissions (at least once a month), which immediately raised concerns. I mentioned that if prints look poor, "people just need lotion," but there was little effort to proactively address print quality during the actual appointment on their end. What was frustrating is that they also downplayed the issue by saying it's "easy to redo" if rejected -- which begs the question of why rejections are so common in the first place. I have over 35 employees who have completed Live Scans at other facilities with zero rejections, and this was never framed as a recurring issue elsewhere. When the rejection did occur, the store manager, Alonzo, blamed the DOJ and stated that DOJ "automatically rejects prints" with high volumes of prints due to older machines. This explanation doesn't hold up, as none of the dozens of other Live Scan facilities we use have experienced this issue. As a result, I now have to wait and potentially redo the entire process for an employee who reasonably assumed UPS was a reputable option for fingerprinting. My takeaway is that the prints are being done inefficiently, and if rejection rates are high enough that staff preemptively mention redoing them, this is probably not the best facility to choose for something as compliance-critical as Live Scan fingerprinting. That said, I am giving 2 stars because the staff did take the time to speak with me, and despite my frustration (I have very little tolerance for incompetence and lack of accountability), they did remain professional during the conversation.
