I just want to update that I do not take my services here anymore. After the last incident, I came on here and wrote a lengthy, angry review but decided not to post it right away because I was heated. After several months of taking my business elsewhere... the nicer, updated review is as follows: I used BBC to request something I get there all the time (laminated covers and spiral binding). Come to find out when I dropped my project off to them, there were all new people working there. I understand hiccups happen. I also understand when new people are hired, there could be a learning curve or training going on. However, my final product had to be turned in that same day to one of my clients before a certain time and BBC had messed up on, not one, but two of my copies. Instead of calling me to let me know right away, they waited until I showed up to pick up my project to tell me. This was the last straw amongst other small things that had happened. I will say everyone was nice and the manager was apologetic... but... I was so embarrassed of the final product that I had to submit to the client because there was no time to fix anything because of the deadline. read more

Highly unprofessional. I literally just called at 11:00 am on September 6, 2023. A lady answered in such a monotone voice saying "hello" and politely I asked "hello, do you guys perhaps have a Bio 25 Lab Manual" and without any consideration she did not hesitate to simply say "no". To confirm I asked "oh, you guys don't have the book" so she goes "no" and politely I said "okay, thank you anyways" and she hung up. How unprofessional and what a lame conversation. There's absolutely no way they don't have the book as I was referred to them by Sacramento State if I wasn't able to go to Rancho Cardova, but it's fine. I'll take my business else where and it seems by other posts too that they're already highly unprofessional. What a lame person. read more

I have used BBC for years and they are doing some kind of "restructuring". This is not the BBC we all have loved over the years. The amazing customer service reps of old are no longer there. In the last three plus weeks, I have been lied to, yes lied to, about the status of my order, an order that would have normally taken 3-4 days. I was told today that my order of business cards was in "cut" and would be ready today. I received a call a short time later from a different person who said the order was still in "design" and it would go in to production after they send me a proof. I point out every time someone says the order is in "design" that there is no design. I am a graphic designer and the artwork was sent to them, print ready. I have an email on 8/24 saying I would have a proof "in the next couple of days". Still no proof or movement on my order. I have called multiple times and get a new/different promise each time. Thank you, no thank you, new BBC. read more
