She's a Manteca local and took the time to compare pricing with Staples, Office Depot, and other printing options to see what she could realistically do for me. What impressed me most was how much she was handling at once. While helping me with my printing order, she was also taking care of other customers coming in with packages, boxes, shipping, and purchases, and she kept everything moving. You can tell she's a hardworking small-business owner who knows how to multitask. We even went back and forth on pricing. Obviously, a business can only discount so much and still make money, but she genuinely tried to work with me and get me the best deal she could instead of just giving me a price and sending me on my way. She was thorough, compared options, made calls, and explained everything. What I especially respect is that her business seems to be built heavily through word of mouth. Coming from another local business that also values referrals, I appreciate that a lot. When customers recommend you because of the work and service you provided, you have to keep earning that reputation every single time. It shows that she's willing to put in the work and let her customers' experiences speak for the business. As another local business owner, I respect that. She understands what it's like to run a business, make a profit, take care of customers, and still try to help the little guy and other local businesses when she can. The shop is a little tucked away, but once you find it, it's definitely worth stopping in and comparing their pricing with the bigger office and printing stores. I was told by the counter person that the soonest it would get there was Monday 5.4.26 by noon. This was not optimal but I agreed nonetheless. I paid them $60 for this service (seemed high, in fact I checked later with USPS for literally the same service and it was nearly half). So fast forward to Monday 5.4.26 at noon and my package was not delivered. I called PC and spoke with the owner. She said that on her end it indicated that the UPS delivery had a deadline of 11:30PM. That was my first clue that this company was at a minimum deceitful. I had made it crystal clear that this needed to be delivered before noon and the clerk said it would be. So I waited till Tuesday 5.5.26 AM and my package still wasn't delivered. I called PC yet again, this time the owner wouldn't speak with me. The person answering the phone, when confronted with my challenges with their horrible service decided he was overwhelmed and hung up on me. My advice to anyone that needs to get an important doc. delivered on a strict timeline DON'T use Postal Connection in Atwater CA. They clearly don't appreciate the importance of overnight deliveries. And I suggest they don't even know how to perform a simple task like what I needed. Let me reiterate...DON'T use Postal Connection Atwater CA. Look at their Yelp reviews. Obviously I am not the only dissatisfied customer. I wish I had.

We've hired M&M Movers twice now to take care of our short moves and they've done an excellent job…read moreboth times. Once a few years ago and once more earlier this year. Both times the team arrived with their truck on schedule and communicated well all throughout the process. They took time to make sure all furniture was wrapped and adequately protected, and their office also called in to check up as well. I will say this time there was some damage on some of the wheels of a clothing rack but it was in a pretty fragile state to begin with so it isn't a big deal at all.
