When you first walk in there are several packaging accessories on the wall to the right. If you need a last minute card for a special occasion, they have a card rack against the wall. There is a counter on the back wall with room for customers to finish packaging and addressing their shipments. There are three points of sale at the front counter and it is typically staffed with 1-2 employees. I have never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Each visit, I have found the different staff members to be friendly and helpful. During transactions they always ask if I need any stamps. I have never run into any customer service issues.

She said some of the helpers had misplaced it into another PO Box. She was nice enough to put it in the right one for us after I called my landlord. Other post offices have much better selections. Even small ones like Burson or Wallace and service is much better. Pros: My regular carrier is great, staff inside the post office are friendly, I can put my mail on vacation hold and have no problem getting it delivered or picking it up when I get back, during busy seasons a worker goes through the line to answer any questions or scan packages being dropped off to speed up and ensure that the line moves smoothly, the lobby is clean, the self serve kiosk is well maintained and in service, packing and mailing boxes are well stocked, and did I mention how great my regular carrier is? Most substitute carriers are awesome too...but this leads me now to cons. Cons: This location is overworked and understaffed. Cashiers (and possibly other workers) are often borrowed from other cities. The best residential carriers are moved around and put on different routes. When they are short carriers in town, they pull rural route carriers to make deliveries and apparently rural route carriers are very haphazard about deliveries and refuse to pick up mail or scheduled pick ups for packages. This location does a lot of things well and considering the volume of packages I ship out every year and the volume of business supplies I have delivered, my problems are minimal. The claims and grievances that I file each year are all with other locations around the country so that does put things in perspective a bit, but man I really wish they would get their rural route carriers to get it together.

They are the only place in town that will take Amazon returns. They can take care of your printing needs, shipping, notary, packing, copying faxing, shredding and you can get a mailbox here. They sell shipping supplies as well as the cutest greeting cards. They do get busy but the staff moves quickly getting everyone taken care of. Always great customer service. I visited AIM, Destiny to be exact, a couple of weeks before the hats would be ready for transit. she looked at the 1 I had brought & had an idea that I was happy with. I returned 2 weeks later, with 6 hats. Destiny & Liz worked on the shipment package for more than an hour. I left after they were done & the box was placed in the hands of UPS. delivery was to be in 7 days. YAY! It happened. all in perfect, amazing condition!!!
