During the conversation with staff, it was admitted that they frequently receive rejected fingerprint submissions (at least once a month), which immediately raised concerns. I mentioned that if prints look poor, "people just need lotion," but there was little effort to proactively address print quality during the actual appointment on their end. What was frustrating is that they also downplayed the issue by saying it's "easy to redo" if rejected -- which begs the question of why rejections are so common in the first place. I have over 35 employees who have completed Live Scans at other facilities with zero rejections, and this was never framed as a recurring issue elsewhere. When the rejection did occur, the store manager, Alonzo, blamed the DOJ and stated that DOJ "automatically rejects prints" with high volumes of prints due to older machines. This explanation doesn't hold up, as none of the dozens of other Live Scan facilities we use have experienced this issue. As a result, I now have to wait and potentially redo the entire process for an employee who reasonably assumed UPS was a reputable option for fingerprinting. My takeaway is that the prints are being done inefficiently, and if rejection rates are high enough that staff preemptively mention redoing them, this is probably not the best facility to choose for something as compliance-critical as Live Scan fingerprinting. That said, I am giving 2 stars because the staff did take the time to speak with me, and despite my frustration (I have very little tolerance for incompetence and lack of accountability), they did remain professional during the conversation.

Anthony took care of business with a respectable humor and grace for a young man. His kindness was not lost on us. The easiest notary appointment ever with grandma. Last word...perfect.

So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. They also, make keys, computer rental, and even have ice cream. I wish my pictures were better, but I was trying to be inconspicuous. You should definitely check this place out! Always support local!

Also it's great to have a one stop shop like this for everything you need be it PO Box or just simple shipping. What stands out the most is the fabulous customer service. Even during the holidays where they are at their busiest they are still all so kind! Way to go Bear Postal!

They put my package key in the wrong mailbox (for a package locker in a multiple apartment cluster box). I called and called and no answer at the local station. I put a note in my mailbox for him to check for the key and move the package key to my mailbox. He took my note down and just placed it back in my mailbox. I called again and finally got through 2 days later. They had him go back through, find the key, and put it in my mailbox. Thankfully the other person hadn't checked their mail yet! And just 2 days ago they left a box and a bag of my expensive, brand name medication just sitting on my doorstep without a knock or a doorbell ring. I even have a custom sign on my door to please ring the bell when delivering packages. I was home all day waiting for it in the mailbox. When I called to complain, they said the carrier isn't required to ring the bell. He could have rung the bell out of common courtesy. Even Amazon rings the bell for package deliveries. What does it hurt them to ring the bell? Super disgusted. He definitely doesnt treat us as we would like to be treated. The last carrier I knew by name, he always rang the bell for deliveries, he waved as he drove by, and I left him See's Candy at Christmas. This carrier is just awful. The exact opposite of what a customer facing representative should be. So disappointed in the carriers they're hiring.
