It was plenty of parking, and only 1 person in line ahead of me. Then when it was my turn, I was speaking to the "rude" per other reviews associate and she was super nice. Then I heard my name, I looked up and my little cousin works there!! I was so happy to see her because it's been yearsss! Basically I was in and out within minutes and got to hug my cousin whom I hadn't seen in along time. We got chat quickly and then I was on my way. The experience was nice, no issues whatsoever. My only complain is $17.85 for a package under 2lbs.

I went to go pay and the signature popped up, I asked I don't want the signature. She responded with it's free... when I went to ask her again what my question is she became erratic. I told her that customer service is not her skill and she should be somewhere in the back in the dark cause she was acting like she is queen. I asked for someone else to help me and she laughing said I'm the only one.. I said let me talk to your manager, he stood behind the door and talked through the glass. I told him the story and he let me finish my sentence and said don't worry they don't have to sign for the package. I said great and he told me to go back to her. Reluctantly I went back and slid the box to her and she pushed the box back hitting me in the chest. She has now not only verbally attacked me but also now it became physical. She does not reserve the right to refuse service as I pay the United Staes Postal Service through my taxes, you have no right to deny service to a citizen!!! I have already sent a message through the USPS portal and that complaint went to the manager. He called me and basically asked what do you want me to do. I said nothing you didn't assist me in the first place and made me go back to her, you are the problem to. I am trying to escalate this and will go to the police department due to the brutal attitude!

The line grew as we all waited while a woman was expressing her discontent about not receiving her mail to Gigi. Gigi was supremely polite and incredibly patient as she explained to the woman in multiple ways (because the woman was just not understanding and continued to be upset ) that she could not do more than she already did (by taking the woman's name and phone number to give to the supervisor of the mail carriers) And that all the supervisors were gone for the day. Then, when the woman left and it was finally my turn, Gigi helped me understand the most economical way to send my gifts. She is just awesome and if I lived closer, I would go to this post office more often because of her!

Surprisingly there's a good amount of parking for a quick stop (30mins parking) and regular parking. I went inside and I was happy to see there wasn't a long line on a Monday and there were more than two cashiers. The pricing on packages have gone up as with everything else after the pandemic. The guy that helped me was fast got me out of there within 5/6 minutes (unheard of right)? He was nice but he should smile. There's a ton of P.O. Boxes and there's is a drop box for regular mail if you need it.

The manager (I assume) printed on recycled paper, both labels on the same sheet then proceeds me to charge 1.50 for printing services. 75 cents per sheet is ridiculous (except it was just 1 sheet with both labels on them). Pricing on the wall says otherwise and should be significantly less. The manager then proceeds me to ask me if I have my packages with me, I said no.
