I was there today looking to send something in a priority mail box. NOTHING was on the shelves, no envelopes, no boxes, no address labels for priority mail to expedite things when you pay. I waited through about 4 people all doing work at various windows. There were two people working. I came across a short dark haired women who greeted me behind the counter. I asked her where all the priority mailing boxes were... her answer, we ran out. I said how am I supposed to label something priority. She handed me a label and said, now go fill it out wait in line and come back when you are done. I emphatically said, No I will not I'll fill it out now. I've been waiting and you have ZERO priority mail supplies available. She didn't like that answer and disappeard. It took me about 40 seconds to fill out the address label. I waited as the other counter took care of 3 people. She NEVER returned. I stormed out. Realizing that I took the $4.75 box that was not priority that i used to mail, I went back in and spoke with the man. I asked to only pay for the box as I would not provide business to them again beasue of the angry women who has ZERO customer service skills. He was nice (only reason I'm not giving a 1). he took care of me and told me that they never asked customers to wait in line again. Obviously this short lady needs a refresher course in customer service ASAP. Also, your a post office. Why aren't supplies readily accessible and stocked. Poor management if I must say. read more
