Very disappointed with this post office location. A couple of the clerks are not very helpful and One of the clerks can be somewhat condescending. The worst is that this place lost my package. I gave them a package to be shipped priority and the package got lost. After filing an on-line package search, the investigation came back and said that the package never left the facility. So where is it? Who knows? Maybe the lost package is hanging out with all the socks we have lost socks at the local laundromat dryer? Lol I will never use this location again to ship a package. There are many other post offices in the area that provide a better shipping experience.

Medium box priority is now $24.25. Custom service was good. Hopefully my package will not get lost like it did last time using snail mail. I sent a package last time to California and it went to Texas because it was put on the wrong truck.

Unfortunately, one negative experience can overshadow many positive ones. In this case, the issue was with an older employee named Lisa. She was extremely unprofessional and noticeably combative when customers had difficulty understanding her slurred or mumbled speech. I watched her snap at a customer simply for asking her to repeat herself because they couldn't make out what she was saying. When it was my turn, she became visibly irritated when I asked basic questions to determine the best way to mail my packages. She then insisted that my family's address "does not exist," even though I've mailed items there for years without issue. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable arguing with someone who was already agitated, so I left with my packages. As I walked away, she even snickered, which felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. I then went to UPS and mailed out my packages to the same "non-existent" address, without any issues. I wish this location would address Lisa's poor behavior, and refusal to perform the job she was hired to do, because this really detracts from an otherwise positive experience.

It's like when you go to the bank at noon, no surprise that others had the same bright idea. I was pleasantly surprised that the line moved quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who helped me was friendly, even asked if I needed to buy any stamps! Since when does the post office have good customer service? Now if the DMV could get some people skills, pigs will truly fly.

I've been here a few times before and it sucked, but I'm willing to put up with quite a bit. Today's experienced ensured I'll never return. I needed to mail two things and didn't have envelopes large enough for them at home. Because they're out of most everything, I made due with what I could find. They also only had two ball point pens available, but most of the envelopes in stock were the ones that required a sharpie. None in sight. So I get in line, planning to ask the ONE employee to borrow their sharpie at the window to jot down the address as I check out. He takes forever, we might as well have been serviced by a sloth. I finally get to the front after nearly 30 minutes and ask for the pen and he tells me I can leave and get back in line when I'm ready. The line is now nearly to the door. It'll take 5 seconds for me to write the address, he's taken his sweet time with EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER, but now he's in a rush (if thats what it could be called). I took his sharpie, I put it in the cup holder next to the line for the next poor soul and I left. This particular post office would do better to accept its fate and just fade away into the ether than subject anyone else to this "service". Just by the look of the place you can tell without a doubt they stopped caring ages ago.

On 05/18/2026 around 2:30 p.m., a young man (unfortunately I did not catch his name) helped me submit and mail my passport renewal paperwork. I was already feeling extremely overwhelmed due to personal circumstances, and he remained calm, patient, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Unfortunately, the employee next to him, a woman with colored braids and eyeglasses, was dismissive and rude toward me. Despite the young man already informing me he could assist me, she repeatedly tried to discourage me from mailing my paperwork there and told me I should go to another USPS location instead. Her approach added unnecessary stress during an already difficult moment. What stood out to me most, however, was how quickly the young man stepped in after overhearing the interaction. He immediately reassured me and took the initiative to help without hesitation. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how much one employee can impact a customer's entire experience. One person can make someone feel unwelcome, while another can completely restore their faith in humanity. This employee deserves recognition for the way he treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Employees like him are the reason customers continue returning and trusting USPS services.
