I used the self service where I email printandgo@fedex and then use the machine for printing. This works fairly well. Color pages are about $0.18/page with black and white ones a little cheaper. It's easy enough for self-service. If you're looking for printing on the go and it is definitely helpful that they are open on Sundays!

From the start, the employee was completely unengaged and offered bare minimum assistance. I selected a heavier stock paper, yet he never brought it over or followed through on it. When I approached him again, he acted as though he had no recollection of our earlier interaction. The most frustrating part was that I was never informed there would be an additional charge for the heavier paper until after I had already printed. This was especially disappointing because I had called earlier to confirm pricing and was explicitly told that the color print cost would be the same and that the type of paper made no difference. Any reputable business discloses extra costs upfront so customers can make an informed decision. When I pointed this out and suggested that customers should be informed of price differences in advance, his response was dismissive and indifferent. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, it's clear that customer service and transparency are not priorities for this business.
