Who do I trust to deliver my packages to the correct mailbox? I've been screwed over by UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON, and now USPS!! I went to retrieve my delivery from the parcel locker on the morning of 01/08/25, and the locker key was nowhere to be found!! Checked in with the leasing office, and they told me they "don't accept packages". So I immediately assumed that the USPS worker put the locker key into the wrong mailbox! I filed a missing package claim with USPS and they told me they could not located the package. I've been denied a refund claim from all three parties (USPS, eBay, and eBay seller) even after providing email proof by USPS!!! I lost almost $300 because of lazy and incompetent USPS and it's absolutely infuriating!!

My husband had to send some things via certified mail and opted to go to this post office since it is near our Colorado address. It is a smaller, older post office with only a couple of windows but we were in and out of there in a flash, in part because we went on the morning after a blizzard hit the area. Notwithstanding the very cold and miserable weather, the postal clerks were helpful and friendly. There were working pens (something that is harder to find nowadays) and plenty of counter space to prepare packages. I would return to this location, if needed, when we are back there later this summer.

Line

The line for this place at all hours is out the door. The people working do not have a clue what they are doing. They have stopped delivering mail to our box because the box became full of mail while we were on vacation. Take notice of the line in the photo below. Everyone working here should be fired into oblivion.

Broken self-service center

Change your hours to closing at 5:57 if you are going to lock your doors early a holes Also everything in the self serve area is broken. Get it together.

This is a very busy post office but it is convenient to where I live. I went to mail out a package and got there around 12:30pm and there was no one in line!! Loved it. The Post Office worker was very fast, professional and friendly. Great location, plenty of parking and just make sure you have everything prepared the right way so you won't hold up the line.

On hold listen to the same recording for 55 minutes

So I have been in hold for about 45 min on the phone which is not by any sense of the word professional at all.... I called and after 4 attempts I finally got a ring tone then I get to the lady who answered... I asked is this the postoffive that delivers to zip code 80247 she says yes and the asked me if she could put me on hold.... and now here we are 50 min later still on hold... all I want to do is add a apt number to my package that is reporting to me that it's undeliverable as addressed.. .update so after 55 minutes I called again and some lady answered only to tell me there was no blinking light so they never knew I was still on hold.... notified her of what was going on for her to angrily tell me this is the major problem that's been going on in our post office is people like it me not putting apartment numbers on our packages.... now mind you I was calling to correct the problem and even though I was put on hold for 55 minutes without a response I never began to disrespect her about me being on hold.... Final I had worked for the Post Office for about 3 months before I mess that up so I fully understand what they go through but if it's an issue where you easily get hot headed with customers then maybe you should look for a different job or go back to delivering mail

I have never had any issues with any items shipped from this location, and all of my interactions with the staff have been pleasant. I just dropped off a package (a week before Christmas) and was able to walk right in, 30 minutes before they closed, be assisted right away and get my package shipped off! And a plus... They actually assist you by giving box filler paper and taping up your packages rather than making you purchase a roll of tape lol (I'm looking at you USPS..).

However, when I arrived here, including with - while I violate my own HIPAA - a broken baby toe, wearing a surgical shoe, per my podiatrist and Urgent Care/ER doctors - the entire staff could not, and would not, find the missing - essentially *CASH* - $14,000 USAA roof check. Not only do I have a fiduciary responsibility to not lose USAA's funds, I also have a fiduciary responsibility to pay my roofer, Jon Feltwell, of Company Roofing, who has a fiduciary responsibility to pay his roofers/staff. I could not let my team down. However, shockingly, when this guy in this video walked in, yelling & cussing loudly on his phone, interrupting my conversation with Owner Pam's staff, trying to understand where the missing/cash fully endorsed $14K USAA roof check was - while being told it was at a "UPS Store Access Point," while inquiring what an Access Point even is, when I was told it was being delivered to a UPS Store, then I was requesting a list of "UPS Store Access Points," to begin a Wild Goose Chase, this guy rudely interrupted. When I used my therapy skills and my NYC/CO FBI Agent dead dad's Vietnam Veteran Pilot tactics of being "cool, calm, and collected," instead of being trusted, believed, and respected - by Owner Pam's staff, the white male customer in this store (who was also sexist/misogynistic), and by this guy, instead I was victim-blamed and attacked, as per this video. This led to my suffering a mental, structural, brain-health condition, a totally preventable stress-induced migraine, and my having to take my migraine medicine. I left the store, and immediately called 911. Shockingly, Denver Police sided with this sexist/misogynist guy. Feel free to read all the other reviews about how rude Owner Pam is. Feel free to follow my lead, and take your business elsewhere! Vote with your feet & wallet, and - per capitalism - give your money to business owners who respect customers! FYI, I also called the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) about this UPS Store & Owner Pam. The FBI told me to report Pam/this UPS Store to: 1. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for: A) Unfair or Fraudulent Business Practices B) Discrimination in a Public Place, per the: i) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) - my broken baby toe/surgical boot, per my multiple doctors ii) 1964 Civil Rights Act - my sex/gender, as a woman/female, when he called me both a "bitch" and a "Karen," for doing the right thing for USAA, my mortgage company, my roofer, and for my roofer's staff The fact that Denver Police protected this business - who abused their "power" - per the FBI? This was probably the worst service I've ever had at a FedEx. Been doing business with them for a…read morelong time. I emailed the labels for my packages to their locations email address. The person, Lanie was either too new or wasn't properly trained. She kept making demands at me on how I needed to email the labels to her. I've been doing this a long time and I follow the same procedure. She told me I sent her a link. So I sent her the exact copy with a clickable FedEx link that said print labels. She couldn't find it and I had to show her. After clicking it, she then tried to print the labels first from the label printer. The first one came out normal and the second was in landscape. So she tried again and printed the next one portrait and it was far too big for the page to fit in a sleeve. She then acted like those were the only 2 and kept arguing with me there weren't 4 to print. There were 3 other employees there, 2 guys and 1 woman. She was back there gossiping while Lanie was struggling. I called to one of the male employees and asked for help. Lanie then barked at me she didn't need help she knew how to print a label. But she did need help and no one was offering it. The kid walked away probably because he didn't want any backlash from her. Finally the manager came up and helped her. She didn't have a word about Lanies behavior nor did she apologize to me for my awful experience. Now I don't know if it's because this employees age or just bad management? But Lanie didn't seem happy period. After the manager walked away another customer came in and one of the other white guys walked up and told me to move the sleeves so he could help that person. I'm looking around like why are these people telling me to do their job?! Lanie then tells him nothing needs to be moved. She then gives me the sleeves telling me to put them on my packages which clearly needed to be taped up. She then asks the other person if she can help her before taping and labeling my packages. Lanie also asked me if I needed a receipt which I did but also tries to help new customers the same time. I'm fed up and I tell the manager I have a plane to catch and I need someone to finish labeling my packages. Then finally emergence set in and they got to it. I'm really hoping I get my packages and they arrive undamaged. This was a nightmare. Next time I will travel farther to another FedEx.
