The business owner who I assume is named Dwayne is rude, and puts absolutely zero effort into helping you -- I have a package that was delivered here as they are a service provider with the app named Vinted. Apparently the business owner of this parcel shop is completely unaware that they are a pick-up point location for Vinted packages, meaning anyone can choose to have their package dropped off here and pick it up similar to those Amazon Parcel pick up point locations. I came in expecting to simply pick up the package, but instead I was completely brushed off and was told repeatedly there was nothing for me there if I did not have a mailbox with them. The stubborn store owner thinks/assumes that they only have a contract for Vinted/SpeedX package drop offs, but they are also listed as a pick-up location which cannot seem to get into his incompetent brain. I showed the employee, again who I assume is the owner Dwayne, the email & QR code instructions to pick up the package and continues to tell me there is "nowhere" for him to scan the QR code. He made me feel like unless you're paying him money to essentially "rent" a mailbox through his small business there is nothing for you there. I explained to him that I was provided delivery drop-off photos by the shipping provider, SpeedX and showed him and he replied, "I don't care what photos they took there is nothing for you here if you do not have a mailbox through us". Please DO NOT come here. Stay far away instead save yourself the trouble and go to your regular post office. Absolutely TERRIBLE service I'll never be back.

At first, he explained that he was about to go to lunch, which I completely understood, so I told him not to worry and that I would try to figure it out myself. But Gerard ended up being an absolute angel! Instead of leaving, he stayed and helped me through the entire process. He counted all of my pages, showed me how to properly place the papers in the machine, and stayed with me until I was completely finished. He was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. These days, truly exceptional customer service can be hard to find, which is why I felt it was important to recognize Gerard. I know it has been almost a month since my visit, but I did not want his kindness and outstanding service to go unnoticed. Gerard, thank you so much for your patience, help, and support that day. You made what had been a stressful situation so much easier for me. If you are delivering heavy boxes, there's carts you can use from this UPS and all you do is load your boxes there if they already have prepaid labels which is pretty neat. You learn something new everyday. We were welcomed in by staff and they know what they're doing. Good service and the value is the same as with any other UPS. It seems like this one is busier than the one that I frequent since I see way more packages here, but it is a larger location for sure. Solid for if you need to make any deliveries out.
