I had two packages with prepaid labels that I just needed to drop off and get the receipt with a tracking number, which is exactly what the kiosk could've accomplished if it was in working order. -1 for the completely lackadaisical service. Fine if you're in the area and need to drop something off but be sure to budget a substantial wait regardless of what time you go. I shudder to think of this place during peak holiday season.

However, recentlyyyyy I've been to this location twice, and it's been a really pleasant experience ... even with it being around the holidays. Both times, I've had "Anan" (I think that's his name ... so sorry if it's not.), and THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE!!! Not only is he assertive and efficient, he's also really friendly and ... happy with everyone. Not characteristics you often see from PO employees ... sadly. Both times, I've come in with 10+ packages to mail out, and both times, he's helped me with a smile on his face and with friendly conversation. Such a relief ... since honestly ... I got anxious having to take so many packages to be mailed. Didn't know if I would be met with visible annoyance and a rude attitude, but ... pleasantly and surprisingly, I was not. He brightened my day both days. Regarding "value" or this place ... it's a PO. Do I think prices are higher than they were before? Sure. Is there anything that can be done about it? I don't think so. There I am waiting in my office, then shortly before 2pm the status is updated to 'next business day' because of the lie 'that a delivery was attempted but bldg was closed'. This building with couple dentist offices has people coming in and out all afternoon. Why was there no attempted delivery slip left? Isn't the real truth the carrier just wanted to work a half day and go home?!

The only hard part about coming here is the lack of parking. There are only a few dedicated spots next to the building, and the street can be full. I often just walk over since I live close, but be aware that you may need to search for a bit to find parking if it is busy.
