How convenient that this UPS store/drop off is located less than a mile also from USPS and steps minutes from the T. (I shop an embarrassing amount online as evidenced by my huge lifetime Ebates cash back balance.) I've come here several times to return Amazon orders that haven't worked out for me by affixing the pre-paid label and giving to the helpful man behind the counter. I was unsure if I needed to do anything else and he assured me that my order was all set as he scanned my package. He gave me a receipt so I could track the package as well to make sure it arrived back at the distribution center to ensure I received my refund. I haven't tried to send out personal packages, but the small store front has a few boxes and packing envelopes for sale to fulfill any packing needs as well. The hours listed have worked out fine for me as I've taken advantage of the weekend morning on my way into Boston. They have very limited parking as at an intersection of Rt. 9 and they share the lot with a locksmith place, home decor and a donations center. read more

This is the worst UPS stores around. The guy doesn't open until noon and I've never had a good experience with him. He even charges for a tiny piece of tape. Will no longer go there and will drive an extra couple of miles to a better store read more

Went there for simple notary service. The older man behind the counter tried to charge me $15 for a notary stamp. Price seemed inflated since I had called another UPS location previously and they had told me $5 service fee. When I mentioned this he said to go to this other location then. Very rude and uninterested in his customers and making up prices for services. I would think UPS prices would be the same in all locations! read more

We tried to use this store for notary services. We made an appointment online for the next day. The confirmation was sent very promptly to our email and the next day, two hours before the appointment time, we received an email reminder. We arrived exactly on time, only to be told that the notary was not in. Grrr! read more

After confirming that they'd be open on their website, I went to the store and they were CLOSED (this has now happened twice to me). The place has very limited hours, but should at least honor what their published hours are. I will NOT be going here ever again. This guy should not be in business as he clearly has no idea what customer service is. It's very easy to drive to Beacon & Centre streets where I've had excellent service (or the store in Newtonville on Walnut). It sucks getting there at 10:30AM on a Sat. and finding out they're closed even tho hours are listed as 10-3 on their web site. In addition, I tried calling a few times Mon. morning to tell them to update this and I keep getting super computer telling me to leave a message. I'll leave it via Yelp instead. I happened to drive into Wellesley Center on Sat. and came upon the UPS store on Washington St. where a nice guy took the cumbersome pkg out of my trunk and quickly completed the transaction (crazy expensive shipping but not his fault). The guys who runs this store is absolutely terrible. First, and like others have mentioned, it is not open when it is suppose to be. They do not follow the hours on the UPS website or their own hours. So, don't bother going. I have been burned on a number of occasions. Next, if you ask the owner about it, he will yell at you. I asked him why one time - just out of curiosity and got yelled at. I couldn't believe it. There is a reason the parking lot is always empty. read more

Great friendly service, a little sketchy trying to get in the driveway, it's at a sharp angle off Rte 9, so you have to time the light just right to get in there. I must have shipped fifty packages from this location, not one loss or late. Thanks John, keep up the great work. read more

The store has no posted business hours and doesn't answer the phone when you call. On those rare occasions when you find them open, the staff doesn't seem to know the hours. Even when you think they would be open in the morning, they are often not (seems like the staff doesn't care). read more

First off John is a REALLY nice guy. As for the service, they don't notify as they say they do if you receive packages. They don't forward like they say they do. Regardless of what box size/service you agree on, they charge you seemingly for everything. If you leave your package there for a period of time (because you didn't no it was there) they try to charge you extra. These are all franchises. If this is typical, then this place is not bad. If this is not, then I would say find another location. read more

I found the service here very good. I was in a rush to send some replacement credit cards overseas and was unclear how to do it. Timing was very important since the receiver was leaving current location in a matter of days. Employee walked me through the procedure explaining at each point what was happening. I appreciated the reassurance that it would arrive when required (and it did). I certainly would use this UPS store location again. read more

Do not go to this store. I dropped off a prepaid package and asked the clerk John for a receipt. He ignored me. When I asked again several times, he started yelling at me. When I took a photo of the package and John to have a record, he started swearing at me. It is now 10 days later and package has NOT arrived on a trip of only 140 miles. How UPS can allow this person to operate a store under their brand is beyond belief. read more

I came in to send a fax and the man said he couldn't send a fax. I pointed out there was a fax machine behind him and said he wouldn't send it. Then I asked to mail a small envelope from newton to Boston and he said it would be $12 instead of the $1 at the regular post office. A waste of time to go to this store read more

Horrible customer service. I dropped off a prepaid package and asked for a receipt and the guy working just grabbed my package and went to the back. He came out from the back and said "you're still here" so I asked for a receipt again and he tells me to come back at 12. I told him I could not and he asked why not!?!?! I found it to be a big ripoff store for sending something by UPS. For ground shipping UPS price was $8.80. We decided to go to this store and they wanted $37. Outrageous. We drove the package down to the UPS main location in Watertown and shipped it for $8.80. Moral of the story: take your package to a UPS main location or drop it off in a UPS box if your package fits (ours wouldn't) read more

I dropped off 2 prepaid packages here today at about 3:35 pm. I walked in and there was no one there. I waited for a minute and then I noticed a sign that stated to leave prepaid packages on the scale. Since I needed a receipt, I wasn't just going to leave them. I said hello and a guy came out from the back. He pointed to the sign without saying anything so I said that I needed a receipt. Well, all I can tell you is he was really annoyed that he had to stand up from his seat in the back because he could not have been more rude. He yelled that I needed to put the packages down, he scanned them and then said that I would not be allowed to get any future receipts. Huh?? I can't have any receipts in the future? I said it wouldn't be a problem because I wouldn't be returning. He said that it would be great. Holy cow, hating your job so much that you treat people that badly? Good luck to you, mister. I have shipped a couple times from this location and have not had any problems. The last time i was there John helped me figure out the most sensible option and was very patient with me while I asked many questions. Even when a long line was forming and everyone was making crazy requests (one guy was shipping several suitcases) John stayed courteous, quick, and helpful to everyone.
