Everyone is so friendly so helpful and if there's a line, they always move so quickly. I highly recommend this UPS store.

The service is mediocre. It is a small and shinny space. It is not that great and not that bad. The people are somewhat helpful.

i rarely write reviews on Yelp, but when I do usually they're to complain about the service I received or poor presentation at restaurants. I just wanted to write a small review about how (Hanh- assuming based on the reviews) is always very helpful, smiles as she greets you everyday and always seems to want to help customers in their interest. My amazon return was $97, while the item i had only costed $50!! Hanh suggested call Amazon for help since I had a third party vendor seller, and Amazon was able to help cover my shipping! It might not sound much, but she could've easily not said anything and let me pay out of pocket. This UPS store is definitely my favorite go-to and would recommend it read more

It isn't easy to get anything done in this pandemic---but somehow there are people who still go out of their way to be helpful. I needed to print some labels at the Coolidge Corner location--Eric helped tape up my boxes--helped with the computer (which was being uncooperative) and did so with such kindness. I was unable to print one label for a package that needed to go through FedEx. I after the man at FedEx was wildly unhelpful, I returned to the UPS store and ERic again helped me print the label (it was sent badly--it's complicated). Eric then went out of his way to tape up that box--unreal. The gang at UPS is amazing. and boo FedEx I will never return. read more

Horrible experience. I had to scan a really important document and an employee (young skinny red hair) broke the papers. Instead of saying sorry she continued being extremely rude. Never helped me. Just asked me to do it myself but i had no idea how to use their scanner. She should be fired. There are people willing to do her job. read more

This is a brief review for dropping off a package only: I came to this UPS after the one in Longwood left me in the cold (literally) for roughly an hour. Sophia was professional and efficient. I was in and out under 2 minutes. I can't vouch for the other reviewers re: hit or miss, but today was a good hit. I'll be using this UPS in the future. read more

The staff here is very honest and friendly. I had to ship a pie to Virginia and they told me the costs and suggested how I should ship it a day before I was actually thinking of shipping it. I ended up coming back the next day to actually ship the pie. The staff was super friendly again and put bubble wrap in the package to protect the pie. They were really a pleasure to work with and the owner is super nice and honest too. I'll definitely be back. read more

This place is such a hit or miss. Some of the employees there are overly amazing. Extremely thoughtful and go the extra mile to help me solve my problem. Better than I've had at any delivery service. NEXT. I mailed an express package via USPS on Thursday. It was never shipped and it never reached its destination. Now, they can't find the package. And, they won't give a refund. I have had to file a complaint with my credit card company. They have lost a customer for life. I hope it was worth it! read more

Clean Store, Great Service. I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I visit here. Its in a convenient location. The employees have gone out of their way to help me track a package that was shipped from there even though I made the error by incorrectly addressing the package. You won't get that kind of service at the post office! I don't know why reviewers are complaining about being charged for tape or printing out labels. Do you go to the post office and ask them to print your label and provide you with tape to pack your materials free of charge? If you do, the disgruntled government employee would point you to their tape and packing supply display and tell you to buy it there. Same goes for Staples or FedEx. This is a business people, owned by a person or family who probably pays a bunch of money to UPS to carry their logo. It cost the business owner money to buy the materials that you are asking for free. They are selling a service- packing and shipping, so why would you expect them to give away the nature of their business? Its like going to a nail salon and asking to borrow some nail polish without paying for it. If you can get tape for free from another UPS store, then you should spend the $3 in gas/ or transportation cost to go there so you can save yourself $1 in tape. If you need a printer to print out your label and don't want to pay for it, go to the library. Oh wait, the library will charge you to print something as well because it also costs them money for printer ink. read more

I usually don't write a review for things like this, but I'm turning a new leaf. I love, love, love this Mail Boxes, Etc and have been using their services for about a year (Is that weird?) Basically I live on Beacon Street in Coolidge Corner and I order a lot of stuff online and got REALLY tired of missing my packages and rent a car to drive to UPS....or having to hoof them all the way home on the T so I got a mailbox here and they accept my packages for me! The packages are always ready for me, they have a great system, good customer service and also, they sell T-passes. It's right in Coolidge Corner --steps from the T. I really like the people who work there, they're efficent, helpful and quick. I've sent faxes out here before, and mailed many packages and they always did it without any hassle, problems, or wait. Totally get a mailbox here if you're in Coolidge and need to receive Fedex or UPS packages but work 9-5pm. They rock! read more

Lost package - poor service I sent out a package 3 weeks ago, it contained a large 20" cymbal which was very dear to me and expensive. A large package you couldn't miss or lose. In the store they wouldn't let me pack it or see how they pack it. They lost the package and now - 3 weeks later I still have to call and chase them down. I don't believe you could lose such a thing so someone must have stolen it. No other explanation. I call every few days now I know for sure that the package never left the store and the shipping center didn't get it. Whoever answered the phone tells me to wait until Monday so i can talk to their manager because non of them know what to deal with a claim. This was an expensive service to begin with , and they gauge you for more money to insure the package, which I stupidly didn't do. Now I'll lose hundreds of dollars and more importantly a musical instrument that was dear to me because I trusted them with such a simple task. read more

This place stinks. I went to mail a prepaid shipping label and also brought a small padded envelope with me that weighed 0lbs 1.4oz. The woman at the UPS store quoted me $12.75 to mail with UPS, which she said was cheaper than USPS which was $14.00. I said she had to be joking, I wanted the cheapest mailing without any extras and she told me those were, in fact, the prices. Well don't worry, I brought the package to the actual US post office and guess what? $3.50 which includes tracking. So.... I'm not sure where the discrepancy lies. The woman who worked there claimed there wasn't a commission on mailing through the post office.... so where did the extra $10 come in? What a rip off! If you are simply dropping of a pre-packaged and pre-paid UPS package, this location will probably be fine. Otherwise, some of the staff are unhelpful and won't even package items properly for shipment. We were returning some merchandise via a pre-paid service that includes repackaging AND shipping. The staff person didn't repackage the item, and instead slapped a shipping label on the cheap plastic ziploc bag the merchandise was in. We noticed this, and mentioned that this bag would not be suitable for shipment and that it would likely spill open during transit. The staff person just shrugged and handed me a receipt. Avoid this location except for the most basic dropoffs! read more

This UPS store is the worse location. The staff at this location are all simple minded. The manager Crystal does not return calls. They refuse packages but do not understand that the policy needs revisions! Total waste of time. I would advise everyone not to use this UPS store. Staff are challenged in many ways. read more

The absolute worst. The staff member working was incredibly rude and dismissive and walked away halfway through my very first question to take a personal call. Shen then refused to answer questions on their services offered. I asked to talk to her manager. She said her manager was off and that there was no way to contact her. She said she had no idea how to contact her manager at all. I asked her how could I register complaint against her and she replied she had no idea. I can't testify to UPS service itself but the staff member who said I could refer to her as "Drew" was the most unprofessional, unhelpful, rude and arrogant individual l I have ever encountered. How UPS allow this person to talk to customers and be the face of their company just beggars belief. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

This afternoon I had an unpleasant experience with a rude salesperson at this Mail Boxes Etc. I went in because I needed a piece of scotch tape for a letter I wanted to mail. No big thing...just a little piece of scotch tape. The clerk said "you know we sell tape" and pointed to the wall and then said to his associate "he's not here to buy anything; just wants something for free." I'll grant that it's maybe a little irritating to have someone walk in and ask for only a piece of tape, but the response I received was unwarranted and sarcastic. read more

This is apparently NOT A UPS STORE!! I tried to drop off a package that had been left at my house by mistake by UPS. They told me i could not and I should flag down a UPS truck and give to the driver. I asked how many times a drive came in the store and could they give it to him? NO-they said they are not really a UPS STORE. I noted their name included UPS and they told me the UPS was preceded by the word THE and they were not part of UPS! AND they would just THROW IT AWAY! Time is money. I run several businesses and rely on this store for all of my shipping needs - both sending and receiving. In short, using this tore saves time over standing in line at the post office and I don't have to devote resources to signing for packages at my business. The UPS store handles it. The staff is responsible, proactively helpful, and professional. Yes, they charge for tape and other supplies, but since I plan ahead and bring fully post ready packages for mailing, I haven't had to purchase supplies at the last minute - but it's good to know the option is available. If you're retired and have all day to stand in line at the post office, this may not be the place for you. But if you value your time and need to streamline you business operation, then you'll find this store offers a significant value proposition. read more

Hahn was terrific! I needed to mail some prescription medication to a family member living temporarily in Italy. The customs requirements were ridiculously complex. Neither Hahn nor I could believe them until she had made numerous phone calls to multiple sources and received enough information to convince us both. It was a busy Saturday and she had to stop many times to help customers, but she always returned to my dilemma and spent over 1 1/2 hours on this one issue. She is intelligent, calm, persistent and was sympathetic to my situation. In the end, Hahn advised me that it was too risky to ship the package until the recipient had customs approval in advance, even though it would have been to her advantage to urge me to send it. read more

The counter person wanted to charge me after I asked for 12" of tape to make sure the label was firmly attached. The tape dispenser was right there and would have taken seconds but she gave me attitude wanted to sell me a whole roll of tape, so I left. This is also the place in the past that wanted to charge me $7 PER SIGNATURE for notary service. So this 4 page doc was going to be $28!. In the past I had done multiple page notary for a nominal fee of a few bucks. Hell, BofA did it for free across the street and I am not even a BofA customer anymore. Anyway....I would take the extra few minutes and go to another UPS store. read more

Worse customer service - at the UPS Harvard Street, Brookline store. My UPS provided label was not glued very tightly to the box. I asked for a piece of tape to secure the label ONLY, and the lady at the front told me it would cost me $1 to add ONE piece of tape to THEIR non-sticking label! When I think that FedEx literally offers to add tape to my boxes if they felt they were not tight enough. UPS come on! read more
