    Kevin is the best! Incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, he got me in and out in less than 5 minutes.

    Fast convenient service. However, only three documents were notarized and I was charged for four. Wish I noticed it before I left.

    Sucks to show up during business hours to a locked store and no explanation/sign. Should probably let people know what's going on.

    Service is exceptionally slow and pricing is incredibly unclear. Workers are also quite surly.

    I shipped 4 large packages from here to Los Angeles August 15. The estimated time of arrival via…read moreFedEx ground delivery was about 7-10 business days. I just received my last package a week ago...ALMOST THREE MONTHS LATER. I spent over $400 to ship my things across the country in a timely manner. I called at least 3-5 times every week trying to locate my packages because the original tracking numbers were bogus. The staff there didn't know where my packages were for weeks, until finally someone discovered them sitting at another facility. I spoke with Bill, the manager/owner and he never had answers for me. When I called and left messages or emails seeking new tracking numbers, my calls were never returned. Bill became annoyed and rude, at times, when I would call because he was "sick of dealing with this". Trust me dude, I was too. Now that I finally have all my belongings, I have inquired about a full refund as I certainly did not receive the service I paid for in the timely manner it was promised. Once again, I have yet to hear back from Bill. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke and Fed Ex will hear about how poorly customers are treated at a company they are affiliated with.

    Here today! This…read moreUPSP Store is close to my hotel and close to Boston Logan Airport, I frequent here to return my Amazon packages. It's in a horrible location but the staff is nice. The location is horrible because it's always congested, you'd better be handling some quick, in-out business because parking is only 15 minutes per signage. Both times I've come, I've seen a wrecker truck hidden in plane site watching and timing. It's also difficult to get out because of the ridiculous traffic uuug, the way I've learned to handle the traffic here in Massachusetts is do unto others as I would have them do unto me AND simply be patient. What I mean by that statement is, when other motorists signal to get over/out etc render kindness to them. Be patient when needing to turn left or get over and others will do the same for you. I'll play a game with it, I'll say out loud "Who wants a blessing by allowing me to get over" sure as my name is Nikiba, someone will in fact hear me in their head and be so kind ask to let me pass, out etc. Here today! There tomorrow!

I went on 03/24 and 10/24 and drop off packages but they did not give a receipt. They never got delivered and disappeared. I tried to talk to the manager but he is never there and he did not contact me back even I left my info for him to do so. I finally opened a claim with UPS directly and they did not pay me because I didn't have the receipt. if you have the same problem contact this number 18007894623 and open a complaint against them. I think this is happening on daily basis.
