He brought three strong, hardworking guys within just two hours. They worked tirelessly alongside me and my sister for over five hours to load everything efficiently and carefully. Rolando (who speaks both English and Spanish fluently) was the clear leader and did an incredible job packing the truck. He arranged everything like a master Tetris player -- maximizing every inch of space so it all fit perfectly into one huge load. He secured everything expertly with ropes and straps as he worked from front to back. The rate was excellent and very fair for a full crew plus truck. These guys were professional, positive, and a pleasure to work with. I'm so grateful for how smoothly everything went thanks to Rolando's skill and the team's hard work. I highly recommend Rolando and Wave Movers to anyone in the Orange County / Dana Point area needing reliable, affordable, and top-quality moving help. Call 949-566-5878 and ask for Rolando -- you won't be disappointed! Five stars all the way!

Here's a list of words I would use to describe them: - Punctual (came exactly when they said they would!) - Communicative - Friendly - Professional - Efficient - Careful - Considerate What I'd recommend to you: - Have everything boxed/bagged up and ready to go. They do not provide boxes nor wardrobe cabinets. - Furniture and large oddly shaped items can be left - they automatically wrapped and padded everything before hauling it out - They don't take cat litter boxes or anything else that could be a biohazard, so plan for that yourself - They will refuse to take some delicate items such as computer monitors (TVs were ok) unless they are already boxed well. - (obviously) have some water and a restroom available. If you're looking to get a fast move done and need a dependable, efficient crew, look no further!

I have very high standards when it comes to handling a move, and they exceeded every expectation. I don't usually leave reviews, but they were so exceptional that I had to share our experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. Joel's team are truly moving rockstars, and we can't thank them enough. Selling a home and relocating across the country is stressful, but they made their part of the process completely stress-free for us. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their work and highly recommend them. We will absolutely use them again for any future moves or even if we just need an extra set of hands. Notably, I found out they also will haul away items too - we never thought to ask them about those services but would have used them for that as we had some large items we paid another company to haul away the day before our full move, but could've just had them handle that too. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around for any moving needs -- just call Jaye and Joel!

The coordinator/administrative staff and movers are all very polite and pleasant to talk to and I…read moredo very much appreciate their hard work. But I must say there is a concerning lack of professionalism in both communication regarding the logistics and handling of the furniture. They did not wrap/pad most of the furniture, did not disassemble the dining table until we asked, and during drop-off there did not seem to be much careful organization or consideration of which furniture to move in first. For example, they moved the TV in before the TV unit and thus had to put the TV on the floor in a way that could have damaged the TV screen when they later moved the TV unit into the room. On top of this we were never informed of the fact that if the move exceeds 10 minutes into the next hour we would be charged for the full hour. The original quote did not include all the fees that were later disclosed when we paid the full balance. When I expressed my concerns regarding their failure to communicate these fees beforehand, I was not given a sincere apology. Overall, the movers seem like very nice people and I sincerely appreciate their hard work, especially considering that one of the furniture (a rocking chair) was quite sizable and required some maneuvering to fit through the door and limited space at the drop-off location. However, I personally would not be using their service again and hope they can improve their workflow for other future customers.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The two movers Slava and Dima (Dimitri) who handled my studio move were true professionals. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or care. They went above and beyond by wrapping and protecting items I hadn't even thought to protect, making sure everything arrived safely without a scratch. They partially disassembled my twin bed, transported it, and reassembled it flawlessly at my new place. Every item, no matter how big or small, was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. I also have to commend them on their ability to move all my things up two flights of stairs since the elevator at my complex was broken! They made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very fair and well worth the cost. It's rare to find a team that's fast, careful, and affordable, but they checked every box. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. I'll definitely be using them again for my next move!

When I raised concerns about the two-hour delay, he essentially made it clear that I should bear the consequences of their scheduling conflicts with another job.
