10/10!! Andy had incredible customer service in the booking process. Jeffri and Melvin were our day of movers and they were efficient and quick!!! Knocked it out so fast and worked hard!! They were also very polite and kind! :) Will call for all future moves, can't recommend enough! read more

Don't go there. They are slow, rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Don't trust them - they don't keep their promises. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. 1. They came 1 hour late and promised to give me $50 discount for that. They charge $75 per hour. Initially I asked $ 75 discount. As a result they gave zero discount. 2. They disconnected the bed and were not able to assemble it back. The owner wanted to charge me for coming and assembling it, though it was their job to do it, their responsibility to assemble it after moving. Besides he wanted me to pay them for the time when they spent trying to assemble the bed and failed. At around 9 p.m. the owner Andy came mostly to pick up his employee ID. He didn't know how to assemble the bed either until I showed him YouTube video and found written instructions how to do it. They present themselves as professionals, but they are not. I spent the whole day with them. I had neither lunch nor dinner. They didn't give me even a chance to buy a sandwich. 3. After receiving money they start shouting at you and hanged up the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will stay away from them in the future. read more

HIGHLY recommend Andy and his team!! I moved from San Diego to Newport Beach yesterday (2/7/25) and Andy was my HERO! In the chaos of my move, I somehow scheduled them for the wrong day (Sunday), when I had meant to book them for Saturday. As I was giving Andy updates on my arrival timing, he realized what was going on, and confirmed the move was for "tomorrow". I called in a panic, on the verge of tears, and within minutes, Andy and his team were able to move things around to accommodate was essentially was a last minute request! Less than an hour later, Andy was at the desired location, and in UNDER an hour, unloaded a PACKED 15 ft truck, and moved everything up to the 3rd floor, NO ELEVATOR. Andy was truly my hero yesterday. he and his team were kind, careful, and incredibly respectful. I was moving into a unit with brand new carpet, and they were mindful to make sure they stayed on the paper I had laid out. I have never seen such hustle and dedication, all with a genuine smile the whole time! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and hard working, you have found them! What they charge is more than fair!! While I did not ask them for any assembly (this would need to be discussed and planned out in advance to account for adequate timing), I trust they would have handled it beautifully and with care. Thank you Andy for saving me yesterday!! read more

Andy and his crew are THE BEST! I needed help loading and unloading just one item too heavy for me to handle. It was difficult finding help for a small job at a reasonable price. These folks are very reliable, careful, and friendly. I am so grateful that I found Jr'sMovingLabor and will be calling them again the next time I need their help. read more

4/30/2025 last day of the April I'm moving from one storage to another storage. Andy and his young partner coming on time and very friendly and efficient finish work within 2 hours. They did a wonderful job and even clean the space and send me photos. I'm impressed and happy with their performance. I'm strongly recommend Andy and their team to all my friends. Great job! read more

Andy and Melvin are great! I needed some help with a local delivery, moving a sectional couch I bought from Offer Up. They were on-time, friendly, and communicative. The couches were handled with care, and were loaded/unloaded quickly. Would definitely recommend their service! read more

Today we had Andy and Melvin move our furniture into storage pending our escrow closing.. they were both amazing.. took extra care of all of our furniture and made sure everything was carefully wrapped and secured.. we will definitely be using them again in the next few weeks to move everything out of storage into the new place.. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their moving needs! read more

Everything went great! Moving day is stressful and I was under-prepared and disorganized. Andy and Melvin went to work with a smile though and took care of my things. Very appreciative. I would recommend and will use them again if I need another move! read more

This was a great experience. The guys were there a little early, ready to go, and moved fast! Andy and Guillermo were professional, fast, and enjoyable. I especially appreciate how well they packed the truck - no wasted room and everything secured tight. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

junior & his movers steal! I booked Junior through Uhaul Helpers in December 2022 to help load my Ubox for me and my children to move across the country. As a single mother of 2 young children I needed help with both packing and moving. Junior and or his movers stole my children's ipad out of my dresser. Before i could fully remove all the items they had already wrapped it in moving plastic even after i stated i was still cleaning the drawer. It wasn't until i received my shipment 3 weeks later that i noticed the iPad was missing. I believe it was deliberate and that you all should beware. I was already very overwhelmed and I think they took advantage of the fact that I was there alone, I also tipped this man for stealing from me. read more

From juniors moving we got a a father-son duo that came to help unpack a 20 ft uhaul truck for my grandfather who was downsizing from a 3 bdrm house to a 1 bdrm senior community apartment. It was filled to the brim and they still did it in less than 2 hours! They were on time and so efficient and careful with our belongings and using their own dolly. We had a lot of big, heavy, antique furniture pieces and they did a good job of unloading everything safely and helped organize the furniture, placing it where we asked them to and helping us arrange it all, and place it where it should go. We found them through uhaul.com but they delivered great service that was really affordable, so I just had to share here too. When you're stressed out about moving, having good moving help is essential and these guys were fast and efficient. My grandpa didn't pack things very well, and there was one broken item and he came and showed me and apologized about it. I appreciated his honesty and being forthcoming with me, even when I knew it was really not his fault (who throws fragile items in a bag without wrapping them?! Old people that are losing their minds.) If you're debating hiring movers for your next move or looking at the moving labor on uhaul.com and debating between companies like I did - go with these guys you will not be disappointed! read more

I needed same day service within the coming hours and Andy handled my call, followed thru with get a crew who could move me last minute. Andy and Jeff we early, they moved me quickly and efficiently. They would not allow me to lift a finger, which was awesome as the moving process can be stressful. They moved the items requested within the timeframe agreed upon. They were professional and organized. My overall experience with Jr. Moving labor exceeded expectations. read more

Moving out is stressful. I get some people get so overwhelmed it just makes them crazy. But thanks to them I didn't have to do it alone. I'm a 4'11" girl I can't possibly do it by myself and I didn't have to. They helped me when no one else would. They were on time and got the job done. I can't say enough how helpful they've been. I hate moving, I'm sure everyone else does. And unfortunately I'm a renter and have to move every year (it's my luck). I would definitely be calling them soon once I move in to my next new apartment. read more

Scheduling communication was fast and responsive. Crew arrived as promised and were very efficient in moving the items requested. The guys were friendly and capable. Recommend! read more

We've used Junior's four times to move and/or pack up items. They've been wickedly efficient. All of the guys work their tails off and are almost ninja like with their ability to get things through doorways. Even packing up a huge UHaul was impressive. The guys handled things with care and very helpful. Highly recommend. read more

This is my 3rd time using Junior's Moving Labor. The first was in 2018. The staff was responsive, on time, very professional, and worked super quick. They packed my U-Haul from my storage and unloaded at my new place. Instead of just placing items in the living room they asked where I wanted everything to make it easier for me when it was time to unpack. There was still extra time after they finished unloading the truck so they offered to set up me and my child's bed and help get rid of the empty boxes I already went through. The second time was also in 2018 about a month later when I had a sectional couch delivered from Living Spaces. Though I paid extra for delivery, the guys were lazy and refused to take my couches up and left them in the garage. Yes, I lived on the 4th floor but the pieces were able to fit in the elevator but the guys just wouldn't. I called Junior's Moving Labor && once again they came to save the day. They took the pieces up to my place in the elevator with no problem, put the couch together, ( legs had to be put on && it had to be clicked), and removed the plastic and other packaging that came with the couch. Now here it is 2022 and I made sure I kept their information for my next move. This was a pretty stressful move for me that Junior's Moving Labor made stress free. Im a high risk pregnancy who could very easily go into preterm labor. For this job, I wasn't gonna be able to drive the U-haul which I expressed and they were more than willing to do it for me. A family member was able to do so last minute which worked out. The move consisted of quite a bit of travel time considering the time of day. They started at a storage in Corona to pack some items that they kind of had to go digging for, once they were done we went to my main storage in Westminster where things weren't packed the best, then unloaded me in Tustin. They worked so fast, none of my items were damaged, they had such positive attitudes, && were so patient with me. As long as they're in business, they will be my first pick && I will always recommend them to anyone looking for moving help. read more

The comment from your company is dishonest. I was not called the day before. And when I asked your guys why I hadn't been called the day before, they said "it got busy, but we put it on our schedule" So they even acknowledged they had not called. Regardless, your man quote $185 immediately prior to the job and at the end, we were charged $275. Also, perhaps we can discuss the snapping off of a plastic piece of the washing machine due to one of your men attempting to move it by himself and dropping it. read more

This is the only mover in yelp that doesn't require 3 hours minimum so I picked them. The movers arrived really early and were wearing masks. They were very quick and friendly - they finished in 1 hour. Everything was great loading untile we were about to move to the new place, they said it will be $3/mile additional. I WAS NOT informed of this quote prior to booking them even though I said where I would be moving when I asked for a quote. I'm not going to pay almost $1k for movers so I did not ask them to unload which was very inconvenient. The movers also caused some damage on my stuff. read more

Used Junior's to move from Orange county to Arizona. Broke family heirloom dinning table sent pictures was unrepairable. They agreed to pay $800. After texting me they will send $450, received check for $400. There customer service in dealing honestly and in good faith is definitely lacking. read more

If this is the same company contracted through U-Haul I'm so happy with there service. After being completely let down with another company back in June I was completed disappointed so I found them on U-Haul website and they completely saved the day with my move. They helped move my stuff from my house to storage and storage to my house in what I thought would forsure take two hours in about a hour in twenty minutes and didn't break anything in the process. I'm forsure impressed with the service. Will definitely use again read more

If I could give a zero, I would. We booked Junior's Moving Labor through UHaul Moving Help. We had a couple of text exchanges the week before our planned move where they asked where the UBoxes would be for pickups on Saturday 8/14. From Monday - Friday We received no update on when they would be at the apartment, no contact, no response. Friday 8/13 I called and again the phone mailbox was full. I texted for confirmation of when they would arrive the next day, still no response. We ended up canceling their help due to lack of response, and uncertainty of whether or not they would even show up read more

I called Junior's to request a helper for a couple hours for my move. I only needed one person, and the guy told me he would still charge me for two. I understood and said fine, agreed. We moved from AL to California and while driving we realized we could use some help. When we called Juniors Moving labor they were very accommodating. We thought we would arrive on Saturday and made arrangements with the crew but quickly realized we wouldn't make it until night Saturday night. No worries per Juniors Moving Labor we will be there on Sunday (what time you want us there). We were so relieved. The guys even call us the next morning due to catching a flat while heading to us. The guys were very nice, courteous and very helpful. I would call this crew back any time we need help. Mrs. T. read more

This crew is awesome! Super fast, friendly and actually made us forget how stressful moving is. We had to cram a ton of stuff into a two car garage while still leaving room to park a car. We would recommend Juniors to EVERYONE! Thanks guys!!! read more

I needed some items moved out of the house and into a trailer for removal, after donations wouldn't take them. I also had to get everything down from the top pf the garage, and fill up the trailer with trash there. I called and spoke to Andy and arranged a time and day for Alex and Gustavo to come and help. They were a lttle late, but worked very hard and we got everything I needed done completed! Great price for great help and I'll use them again. read more

Junior's moving team was fantastic. They were on time, very efficient and took great care of my things. I asked the team to make an extra stop, but they were very accommodating and willing to help. Price was more than quoted, but completely fair given the extra work and time I had asked for. I would highly recommend them and I'll be hiring them again! read more

We are very disappointed with our experience using Junior's Moving Labor. We hired two movers for two hours to help with loading our truck. Not only did they show up over an hour late, they were extremely rough with our belongings, even though we had boxes marked "fragile" and repeatedly told them to handle with care. They ended up breaking off one of the legs on our dresser. Since then, we have tried to contact the company to be compensated for these damages and have yet to hear back. As a result we will not be using their services again. read more

I have been using Junior's Moving Labor for a few years now for my home staging business and am very happy with all of the crews. Andres is a miracle worker and has helped solve numerous challenges. Great experience with Junior's moving! Found them on the U-Haul moving help website, but website was not working when I tried to book the service.
