We got takeout and about half of it was excellent and the other half was very mid. The burgers were great - this is the only place that has ever asked for a temperature on a smash burger, and they made it correctly. The smoked chicken was amazing, the pulled pork (on top of the burger!) was excellent. However, the fries were limp and under-seasoned and the brisket steak and cheese was so dry and overcooked we did not eat it. The restaurant also got our order wrong in multiple ways. Check your bag before you walk out the door.

Great quick service and very friendly. When walk in very clean friendly staff. The smell of the food when walk in is great. The steak is seasoned very good, the mac and cheese very good. The coleslaw and the shrimp good as well. Would recommend trying this place out.

    A "medium" smash burger

Unfortunately overpriced. Dry/stale food, not cooked to order. Staff was friendly at least.

I stopped in here for lunch while I waited to pick up a bakery order nearby and I am so glad that I did. The place gave me sports bar vibes with plenty of seating. The seating is self serve so I picked my seat and a waitress came to my table quickly with a menu. The menu here is pretty diverse with your typical bar food, burgers, wings, and surprisingly barbecue. I ordered a smash burger well done with lettuce and tomato added with a side of tots and a Pepsi. My food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. My burger, although well done, was not dry had crispy edges and was well seasoned. My tots were hot and crispy. Throughout my lunch, my waitress was very attentive and pleasant. I definitely recommend stopping here if you're in the mood for a burger and I'll be back to try some other things on their menu.

Good service, yummy food, and clean atmosphere - I came on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty much empty. The restaurant has table service. We were able to order fairly quickly and our food came out hot and fresh in a decent amount of time. I ordered the Monte Cristo and it was good, but I wish it had thick Turkey rather than the thin lunchmeat. The flavors were good and the raspberry sauce was a perfect partner. It was on French toast and the edges tasted better than the center of the pieces of bread. I was excited it was on the menu (because it is rare to find), but probably wouldn't reorder it. The rest of my family was pleased with their burgers (smash burgers). We also order the fried pickles, which were good. Next time I would love to try breakfast and mimosas. I was excited to see $5 mimosas on Saturday and Sunday.

Very good food! The hand-made Chocolate Milkshake was the best I've had in years. The burgers were real ground beef, the rolls were toasted & fresh tomato's lettuce, onions & avocado. We also got Chicken Quesadillas, Sweet Potatoes. Everything we got was very good. You can either order to go or sit at a table & eat. The atmosphere was chill & people very friendly. All the waitresses were very nice & accommodating. I will be going back there to eat.

Great lunchtime fast service, good food and nice atmosphere. Delicious...firecracker shrimp wrap w/o the wrap and green beans side.

    2.5 pieces of bacon

I've been here twice and each time the food was awesome and plentiful. This time however I ordered a BLT to go and they missed the mark by a mile. I've added min ages of my sand which versus what they have on their site and the difference is amazing. For a $7.00 sandwhich you get 2 1/2 pieces of bacon and enough lettuce to make a salad. 2 of the smallest nastiest tomatoes they could find... and that's what you get for $7.00 now. Seriously... how much is it to add a decent enough of bacon? Recommendation to URBURGER Management .... Please rename the Sandwhich to "Salad Sandwhich with Bacon Bits"..... that would be more appropriate.

The scrapple wrap was huge and delicious, too much for one person. I ate the rest of it a couple of days later but just the filling.

Having said that, it was pretty well run and after waiting in line I found two registers waiting and was able to order a variety of baked goods and a fresh sandwich, which were prepared for me quite speedily. I wouldn't expect to be in and out immediately at peak times, but for me it was maybe forty-five minutes to wait in line, get food, and eat my sandwich. They offer good options for special dietary needs. The vegan sandwich is based on Old Bay marinated tofu, and they are not kidding about that. It is really, really Old Bay flavored. The tomato and avocado livens things up, but honestly the best part of the sandwich was still the sourdough bread, which is fair enough for a bakery. The spread of pastries I acquired was resplendent in quality and variety, and I will be happy to continue trying out all the Black Market locations to see which one is the most convenient.

We ordered the oatmeal pie, almond croissant, wildberry danish, Black Market bun, lemonade blueberry scone, and a caramel cappuccino. Ordering took maybe 4 minutes, and our food was already being bagged while we were ringing up. The drink took another 3 minutes, which was more than reasonable considering how busy they were. What really stood out was the customer service. The guy behind the counter found out it was our first time and immediately gave us a free scone, then took his time explaining how everything works. He walked us down the line, explained what each baked good was, pointed out the most popular items, and even shared his personal favorites. As busy as they were, they still made sure we felt taken care of. There was also a young lady bagging orders who jumped in and out of conversation while working--just as friendly and welcoming. Service like that is refreshing and definitely made an impression. He jokingly asked if he'd see us next weekend... and yeah, we'll definitely be back. The shop was clean, noise level was moderate, and there are a few tables if you get there early or get lucky, but most people seemed to be ordering to go. Lighting was good, and I didn't really notice any music. Price-wise, everything felt more than fair for the quality. They told us everything is cooked fresh daily and they basically go until they sell out--which makes sense given how much business they were doing. The food was excellent: fresh, flavorful, and a great mix of sweet and savory. Honestly, the only regret I had was not trying the breakfast sandwiches--we watched a few being made and they looked serious. Overall, this was an all-around great visit. The way they operate is unique, the food is top-tier, and I can absolutely see why people rush in to grab their favorites before things sell out. Without a doubt, we'll be back.

Full On Craft Eats. The Toast online ordering system was easy to navigate and adorned with pictures of every menu item. I could not get past the onion rings on the starter menu hoping they would taste as good as they looked. My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed. A quick ask for mom to grab it on the way home and the food made its way back quickly. WOW is all I can say. When you order food to go there is a level of expectation that it will not be as good as it is at the restaurant, especially fries and onion rings. But in this instance WOW. Talk about food that travels well. Fourteen minutes away and the food was still warm, the onion rings were so crisp, and the garlic and dill aioli and onion ring sauce were just right. The Slammin Salmon was served on ciabatta bread that was not too soft not too hard, with salmon cooked perfectly. The lemon dill aioli was a game changer so much that my friend's advice to order extra was well received and committed to memory. The onion rings lived up to the hype, cooked perfectly with a crust I cannot even explain. The kind you bite into without losing the entire onion from the breading. Dip it into the sauce and you have a match made in heaven. Half the sandwich was more than enough but the next day I would have loved some leftovers. Now for the extra razzle dazzle. I left to visit a friend in DC and sent him the menu, shared my experience and he was locked in to try. Online ordering was closed since they were closing at 10pm so I called as a last-ditch effort since the anticipation was already there. The nicest most warm individual answered ten minutes before closing and was more than happy to take my order. She even made sandwich recommendations. I quickly arrived at a shopping center that was easy to get in and out of. Walking in you immediately arrive at the counter and takeout area to your left with a nice bar area a short walk past on the right. The cooks and wait staff were having the best time using the 6/7 saying that was all over social media late last year. They were considerate when they noticed I was in the restaurant, but I assured them I loved their energy. I see why the food is so good because the energy shows it was made with great vibes and laughter all around. As I grabbed the bag to leave the hostess stopped me to add another fork and extra napkins since I would need them to add the pickled veggies on my sandwich. Such a nice touch. Thirty plus minutes to DC and the food still did not need to be reheated. The Mai Thai sandwich was a hit with flavors that married well and the onion rings delivered again. The Spicy Thai wings were good for wings but typical. They had a lot to compete with. We wanted to check out the selection of desserts and settled on the yummy looking cannoli and went back out to our car to phone in our order. The place smells amazing. It's a legit pizza place and everything I was expecting. We waited an acceptable amount of time and went in for our pizza. The car smelled so good on our 40 min drive back home. We placed three different orders to dine in. Our visiting family received their order correct. (Thankfully) My oldest daughter had missing poppers. While my order and my youngest daughter's order never arrived. Eventually, we asked for an update and the guy was clueless to what we were talking about. We had to explain multiple times that we never received any of the items on our receipt. And at this point, we wanted a full refund, including the tip that we provided prior to the service. The gentleman eventually went back to the kitchen to verify. I overheard them speaking in Spanish and one of them saying you "mean the food that's been sitting there". They didn't realize I spoke Spanish. I didn't receive an apology from the guy who brought the food. Again, we still had missing items after waiting all this time. I asked the gentleman for my Greek salad and the sauce. (I would like include that this has happen in previous visits) The guy was taking forever to bring out the items. I tried getting someone else's attention, but I was ignored. When I started to speak in Spanish the man washing dishes looked my way. But was not helpful, the man eventually came out with the salad and the sauce. At this point, our party who received their meals had finished and the restaurant was getting ready to close. I just took the food and left with my party without enjoying a hot meal. Since the food was sitting out for so long it wasn't as hot. Plus we felt rushed, as they prepped to close. I'm sad to say I've experience other mild issues but not as major as this one. The restaurants continues to be kept presentable and clean. But the quality of service is not the best and you always have to check you get all your items within your order. We meet the owner when they first open and they seem to be good people. I never claimed the gift card they offered from the original post because I believe in support business owners. Especially when they try to provide good quality food. I'll rather show my thanks by always being a returning customer. But I'm sad to write today's review. Today with the previous experiences was my final decision to write an updated review. If you decide to visit for take out, please verify you receive all your items. If you experience delays, follow up with someone because there is a chance your food is sitting on the kitchen counter. Overall, food is still good.
