As soon as we walked up, we knew the amazing smell was coming from URBurger. We loved the decor and all of the staff were really nice. They have a full bar and serve breakfast all day. I love that. Saturday and Sunday is $5 Bloody Mary's and mimosas all day. We got the bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon and the Black and Blue burger. My sandwich was good but came on an oddly huge sized plate. My husband loved his burger and fries. Their BBQ sauce was amazing. They have adult milkshakes and I will definitely get one of those on the next visit. Overall a great place. Loss of one star for the $8 bagel sandwich that was good but oddly plated and my husband hates when his drink sits dry during his meal. read more

The burgers were great - this is the only place that has ever asked for a temperature on a smash burger, and they made it correctly. The smoked chicken was amazing, the pulled pork (on top of the burger!) was excellent. However, the fries were limp and under-seasoned and the brisket steak and cheese was so dry and overcooked we did not eat it. The restaurant also got our order wrong in multiple ways. I stopped in here for lunch while I waited to pick up a bakery order nearby and I am so glad that I did. The place gave me sports bar vibes with plenty of seating. The seating is self serve so I picked my seat and a waitress came to my table quickly with a menu. The menu here is pretty diverse with your typical bar food, burgers, wings, and surprisingly barbecue. I ordered a smash burger well done with lettuce and tomato added with a side of tots and a Pepsi. My food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. My burger, although well done, was not dry had crispy edges and was well seasoned. My tots were hot and crispy. Throughout my lunch, my waitress was very attentive and pleasant. Good service, yummy food, and clean atmosphere - I came on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty much empty. The restaurant has table service. We were able to order fairly quickly and our food came out hot and fresh in a decent amount of time. I ordered the Monte Cristo and it was good, but I wish it had thick Turkey rather than the thin lunchmeat. The flavors were good and the raspberry sauce was a perfect partner. It was on French toast and the edges tasted better than the center of the pieces of bread. I was excited it was on the menu (because it is rare to find), but probably wouldn't reorder it. The rest of my family was pleased with their burgers (smash burgers). We also order the fried pickles, which were good. Next time I would love to try breakfast and mimosas. URBurger serves a really solid burger with excellent quality beef, well seasoned and wirhbfrewu ingredients. Their buffalo cauliflower is also great, served crispy with blue cheese crumbles and dipping sauce. I don't use or need the dipping sauce bc there is already amazing flavor in the cauliflower. The fries are also delicious but are best eaten in the restaurant. My kids enjoy the milk shakes (the even serve shakes with alcohol). The restaurant is always clean and the staff friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. You can't go wrong if you're looking for a great burger and sides. read more

Very good food! The hand-made Chocolate Milkshake was the best I've had in years. The burgers were real ground beef, the rolls were toasted & fresh tomato's lettuce,onions & avocado. I've been here twice and each time the food was awesome and plentiful. This time however I ordered a BLT to go and they missed the mark by a mile. I've added min ages of my sand which versus what they have on their site and the difference is amazing. For a $7.00 sandwhich you get 2 1/2 pieces of bacon and enough lettuce to make a salad. 2 of the smallest nastiest tomatoes they could find... and that's what you get for $7.00 now. Seriously... how much is it to add a decent enough of bacon? Recommendation to URBURGER Management .... Please rename the Sandwhich to "Salad Sandwhich with Bacon Bits"..... that would be more appropriate. read more

My burger was delicious!!!!!! I got the avacodo burger and it was just right! The service was solid too! Oddly enough I ate all my fries as well. Another reason I'm bumping this place up a star is because I heard the manager on the phone talking to a customer. The manager was very apologetic a about a mistake that they or someone on his staff made and was very eager to make it right. When he hung up he simply said we messed up and we just need to fix it and so they did. I really do enjoy seeing places that have integrity and try to do the best they can to make their mistakes correct. On top of great food the service was great and they offer a variety of wonderful desserts some specifically for adults. If I'm in the area I will definitely be back! read more

My only feedback was that the photo online showed an egg with a runny yolk, but my yolk was fried hard. The egg could have just been a tad overcooked. Either way, still a fantastic burger. And don't sleep on the garlic fries! Large chunks of garlic on them, but not overbearing. A must if you are a garlic lover. Just know you shouldn't leave until you also make room to try the wings, which are both smoked AND fried! I tried the Honey Old Bay wings, and these are the BEST wings I've ever had. This is not a drill, folks. And lastly, I finished the meal off strong with a Boozy milkshake. I tried the Spiked Oreo which contained Kahlúa, Bailey's and crushed Oreos. The burgers were very juicy and stacked with the toppings - loved that it was of generous portions! I had a beanburger that was pretty decent. I got sizes of fries that were tasty and tried some of my boo's hush puppies and ended up eating half his order! But later that day we didn't feel well. We may have over indulged, but careful! The fried stuff is good, but well... we didn't feel good after. Nice staff! Our waitress was very nice and made good suggestions for us making it easy to order. The lobby was clean, but my husband reported the men's room looked as good as a truck stop gas station and recommended I not use the women's room if that was the standard. Maybe a bad day? They also have shakes that have booze in them, this was very appealing to us, but it was a bit early to indulge so we didn't but I thought that was a neat option. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The first time I went, I ate out on the patio and the burger was great. The waitress was great. Last three times I went, I don't even remember the food. All I remember is sitting there with the credit card in my hand for 15 minutes while watching the waitress and other people behind the counter chatting, going into the back, doing everything but looking out on the floor at their customers. My wife and I went to Your burger for burger night on Wednesday. My wife loves burgers and UR Burger has very good ones. After reading reviews on their smoked chicken I decided to take another shot at their chicken. I ordered two chicken thighs and wings. As in the last time i came the chicken was on the fringe of being burned ad noticeably dry. The shame of it,is that when their chicken comes off the smoker it is perfect. Beautifully smoked and flavorful, moist and delicious. Then before they serve it they plung it into the deep fat fryer. I just wonder if they would consider reducing the time in the fryer or explore other ways of heating it. Air Fryer,Microwave, tightly wrapped and into the pizza oven? The blue dog smoked products are excellent and deserve further investigation. Until then I will stick to the burgers and get my chicken at home. read more
