They offer good options for special dietary needs. The vegan sandwich is based on Old Bay marinated tofu, and they are not kidding about that. It is really, really Old Bay flavored. The tomato and avocado livens things up, but honestly the best part of the sandwich was still the sourdough bread, which is fair enough for a bakery. The shop was clean, noise level was moderate, and there are a few tables if you get there early or get lucky, but most people seemed to be ordering to go.
