The views here were incredible. Bench and outdoor table seating. Good for families and dogs. Nice boat dock and a good breeze. The breakfast food was reasonably priced and decent. They have a lot of orders so it does take some time to get your food. Either order online or at the counter (they will give you a number and bring your food to you). Chicken biscuit was a tad dry but it was homemade! Cherry pancakes and bacon were sweet and delicious with a large portion. They have specials. Serve your own for utensils, condiments, napkins, and water. Parking is shared with the yacht harbor. Open lot. Or street parking.

Love the indoor expansion at this local all-day breakfast haunt -- they have lunch too! Most recently introduced some visitors to this spot on Sunday - they loved the food, outdoor seating and live music. HITS: hippy hash.

The booberry pancakes + some sausage on a sunny Sunday morning!

Menu is somewhat limited. I don't usually walk away saying.."that was fantastic!" At the same time...I never had a "bad meal" and I love the walk over from Annapolis across the bridge to Eastport on a Sunday morning...the water, the seats by the marina..the blueberry pancakes? Killa! I prefer a savory breakfast mostly and the hippie skillet hits it!

We went on a Wednesday morning for breakfast so there weren't a lot of people. I imagine it's crowded on the weekends. It's an interesting place. There's outdoor seating by the dock and an indoor area with a couch, tables and other comfy furniture. There's also a room with a big communal table. Food was good but not great. I love bacon and theirs is perfect...just thick enough and fried soft as I requested. I had the avocado toast. It was mediocre...not much avocado and an overcooked egg on top. My sister loved her pancakes but felt that the tall stack wasn't really a tall stack because there were only three pancakes. The servers were very friendly! I'd go back.

We stopped by Bread and Butter Kitchen for a quick breakfast on a quiet Sunday morning before the start of a busy day. We shared the avocado toast and the Hippie Hash Skillet. Both were good, but the Hippie Hash was the standout--it really hit the spot. They have removed the indoor tables since our last visit and now offer seating outside along the water. That worked out perfectly on a pleasant summer morning. We sat by the water and enjoyed a nice view toward downtown Annapolis while we ate. Our food was brought out as soon as it was ready, and the wait was short. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the coffee was kept full and fresh. Bread and Butter Kitchen remains a great choice for an easy, casual breakfast with one of the better waterfront settings in Annapolis.

Single cinnamon roll pancake (w/ bacon) $2.89 (socials: @issa.cheatday)

Sunday 1/11/26 Once again, another spot that I found with the help of yelp as the high ratings & reviews definitely gained my attention. I made a takeout order and got the crab cake omelette (w/ a biscuit) $18.29, legendary scone: Blueberry $3, single blueberry pancake $2.89, single maple bacon pancake $2.89, and single cinnamon roll pancake $2.89. - The crab cake omelet was my 2nd favorite as they surprisingly didn't skimp on the crab additions. The biscuit was just alright, but luckily it's best once combined with omlette to make a good sandwich. - The blueberry scone was probably my favorite, as it was pretty good. It was moist, fresh, and well done. - The trifecta of pancakes ranged from just okay to decent, and my ranking would go blueberry, maple bacon, and then cinnamon roll. For some odd reason, the texture of the cinnamon roll pancake was notably inferior to the other 2. Overall, my experience was quite a good one due to the scone and crab omelet delivering the most. -- #issa.cheatday

Great location and view. Various types of tables/couches. Nice people. Food was decent. I ordered a chorizo and pico omelette which was the special. When it came out, it looked rather plain but I couldn't figure out why. Once I finished, I realized, they didn't give me any pico at all. The chorizo was fine, but would've been nice to have that pico with it. Prices are a bit steep for breakfast.

The food here was good. One places their order at the counter by the kitchen. After you order, you are given a number and your food is delivered to your table. There is outside and inside seating. Service is fast considering how busy the restaurant was ion Sunday morning when we were there. There is limited seating inside.

Had breakfast one morning at this small popular eatery while in town with friends. Walk up counter service, with menus on the board, along with paper menus. Place your order, pay and get a number then grab a seat. Breakfast on the waterfront is whats here, with a few seats inside. Some benches are outside as well down by the waters edge and marina. It was a nice sunny morning on our visit so we grabbed a bench outside and waited for our number. Biscuits and gravy with two eggs over medium, the biscuits were good and the gravy better than average and its pretty hard to mess up a couple eggs. All in all a decent enough breakfast. The location makes this place what it is, a waterfront breakfast joint. Small interior, busy and not much of a place to sit and enjoy other than outside. The line moves pretty quick. 3.5 Stars rounded up for the locale 01108

This is a cute small eatery bustling with patrons. There was a small wait to order our food. The staff were friendly and allowed to customize my breakfast sandwich. We ordered two classic egg sandwich with meat. I liked that they offered turkey bacon as I do not eat pork. My sandwich was on an egg muffin. It was delicious but I wished that the turkey bacon was crispier. My wife had bacon and she chose an everything bagel as her choice of bread. She enjoyed the breakfast sandwich but mentioned that the bagel should have been toasted. We also had hash browns which were so good! It was a pleasant breakfast experience and we will try bread and butter again soon.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice spot for brunch while on an overnight trip to Annapolis, and Google led us here. Location is amazing. Gorgeous views of the water and boats in the marina. Outdoor tables right next to the boats. We even got to see a giant boat being moved that went right past our table. Ordered our food inside at the counter, and they brought it out to us. Surprisingly little to no seafood on the menu given its proximity to the water. My girlfriend got the Hippy Hash Skillet with marble rye toast, and I got the brunch burger with house chips. She loved her rye toast but said everything else was just ok, and I loved the chips, but I was very underwhelmed by the burger. I asked for it medium but there wasn't a trace of pink on the inside. In addition, while writing this review I looked over their menu again and realized my burger was supposed to come with roasted garlic aioli and maple bourbon bacon jam, but came with neither. This would have been an easy fix at the time but I just didn't remember these two ingredients were supposed to be part of it. So all I got was a dry burger with a hash brown and a fried egg with the yolk cooked through. Not a bad place to eat but as there are so many options in the area, not sure if we would return on our next trip to Annapolis.

Came here for the first time for Sunday brunch. Very crowded, but that's expected (and a good sign!). There was live music outside by the water. You order at the counter and then find a seat. There was a relatively long wait for food. The food was good - pancakes were yummy and the hippy hash skillet was decent too. My only complaint is the skillet was rather burnt. It would've been great if the skillet wasn't burnt. Would come back though!

View of the marina. Tables are available outside, but it was rainy today!

We tried this place because it had so many great reviews. We weren't disappointed by the food...it was delicious, but the ambiance was a bit funky! I had the BBK Sandwich and it was delicious. My husband had the Hippy Hash and loved it too. The restaurant is right at the marina, so it's fun to see the boats. The place was packed when we went there and only the sofa with TV trays were available. Unusual, but whatever!

My wife craved crabcakes and got the 1/2 pound crabcake, while I craved fried chicken so I got the chicken wing platter, which comes with 2 sides. My chicken wings were exactly what I wanted, the crispy flavorful coating was perfect, and the wings were juicy. The crab Mac n cheese was homemade with a good cheese pull, and full of flavor from the crab and old bay. The mashed potato was smooth, and the gravy was savory and delicious. Overall, it was a very good lunch that hit the spot. The price of the crab was a bit pricy but that is dependent on the price of fresh crab, and their crab was fresh. The chicken wings was to much for one person when you consider it comes with 2 sides, so needless to say we were very full and satisfied at the end of the meal. Service was great, and attentive. The atmosphere was typical diner style with eclectic things on the walls mostly news articles about the restaurant and the Man vs Food episode featuring the restaurant. This is a must try for anyone visiting or near Annapolis.

We were shocked at how big the portion sizes were when the food arrived and were very glad we only ordered two dishes. The oreo-les pancakes came in a stack of 4 and the omelet was also quite huge! The pancakes were very fluffy and packed with oreos. The omelet with the gravy sauce was good, but the hashbrowns were under seasoned (they did have old bay and salt/pepper shakers on the table which was nice to have) and the biscuit was a little denser than I would prefer. Overall, the food was pretty good. There are tons of items we wished we could've ordered so we'd definitely come back to try other things! This time we ordered the shrimp sandwich (the standard version, not the "bang bang" special), Maryland crab soup, a salmon salad and more kale slaw. We were not disappointed at all. The shrimp sandwich was the star this day, and while the Maryland crab soup was good, it paled a bit compared to the other dishes.
