Not gonna lie, I was originally planning to go to Five Guys next door but at the time, there were less customers at Vivi's. The staff greeted me at the door and told me to take my time upon ordering. While I was deciding what I wanted, the cashier told me that another location was opening within the county which is exciting for the franchise. Howeeeeever, I believe as others have mentioned.. I would like for them to work on their flavor. I ordered the Vivi's Sandwich, swapped the fries out for mac and a single Jumbo Tender. Their mac&chz, I prefer to order from.... Chickfila. Their chicken was eh, decent. Kinda bland. The jumbo tender itself is big yes, but I'm not sure about $3.99 big... BUT their sauce was to die for!! I left with I believe Thai Chili and one of Vivi's Signature sauces and both were great. One suggestion I have is to expand their drink options. Overall.. I would try again if someone else wanted to go. I went on a solo trip but their menu is loaded with other options! If/When I return, I will surly update! read more

Update review as of 9.12.2025 This update is base on today's experience. We brought visiting family to try this spot because we enjoy their food. We placed three different orders to dine in. Our visiting family received their order correct. (Thankfully) My oldest daughter had missing poppers. While my order and my youngest daughter's order never arrived. Eventually, we asked for an update and the guy was clueless to what we were talking about. We had to explain multiple times that we never received any of the items on our receipt. And at this point, we wanted a full refund, including the tip that we provided prior to the service. The gentleman eventually went back to the kitchen to verify. I overheard them speaking in Spanish and one of them saying you "mean the food that's been sitting there". They didn't realize I spoke Spanish. I didn't receive an apology from the guy who brought the food. Again, we still had missing items after waiting all this time. I asked the gentleman for my Greek salad and the sauce. (I would like include that this has happen in previous visits) The guy was taking forever to bring out the items. I tried getting someone else's attention, but I was ignored. When I started to speak in Spanish the man washing dishes looked my way. But was not helpful, the man eventually came out with the salad and the sauce. At this point, our party who received their meals had finished and the restaurant was getting ready to close. I just took the food and left with my party without enjoying a hot meal. Since the food was sitting out for so long it wasn't as hot. Plus we felt rushed, as they prepped to close. I'm sad to say I've experience other mild issues but not as major as this one. The restaurants continues to be kept presentable and clean. But the quality of service is not the best and you always have to check you get all your items within your order. We meet the owner when they first open and they seem to be good people. I never claimed the gift card they offered from the original post because I believe in support business owners. Especially when they try to provide good quality food. I'll rather show my thanks by always being a returning customer. But I'm sad to write today's review. Today with the previous experiences was my final decision to write an updated review. If you decide to visit for take out, please verify you receive all your items. If you experience delays, follow up with someone because there is a chance your food is sitting on the kitchen counter. Overall, food is still good. read more

UPDATE: MUCH improved! This time around I tried the Nashville tenders, the fries, the original mac, and the bbq mac. Nashville tenders were large and great quality meat, very flavorful, very spicy, but would benefit from some salt. Fries were great. BBQ Mac was great. The original Mac, my biggest disappointment from my first visit, was MUCH better. BUT still pretty light on the flavor. I had to salt and pepper it to get it to taste just right. The cheese itself was much creamier, thicker, and more of it, so all good things. Just add some salt, white pepper, and mustard powder and it'd be banging! Will be returning for sure! read more

Ordered take-out which came out fairly quick. We got the regular and Nashville Tenders with fries. Tenders were bland and overly breaded. The staff were friendly and attentive, but ordering/payment process is quirky. The restaurant is clean but lacks an appealing atmosphere. read more

Going to Vivi's for lunch was a last minute decision. But what a great decision! The gentleman at the counter, Lorenzo, was both comical and attentive. He had us laughing as we ordered and he also anticipated our needs as we ate. The food was amazing! We both enjoyed what we got. The owner made sure to make a presence too. He made sure we received the best experience. The decor of the restaurant was very inviting. Going to Vivi's was a good decision and I recommend it to anyone! read more

This experience was horrible, and the food was disgusting. First, they had just mopped the floor and didn't put a wet floor sign where it was wet and we almost slipped and fell. Then, after tipping, our food wasn't even brought to us! Immediately after, a different family got theirs brought right to their table by the same man. When we got our food, the coleslaw tasted like vinegar and the Mac and cheese was cheaper tasting than Kraft. The chicken was crumbly greasy and dry at the same time and a horrible texture. When we, even after all of that, asked the cashier to get us a refund and he brought us his manager, we *politely* asked for a refund without bringing attention to ourselves or loudly complaining about the food, the manager was incredibly rude and refused. We had two hours to kill today so we thought we would try this new chicken casual restaurant in Edgewater. We were very pleased indeed. We had planned to take half each of our large sandwiches home but the moist chicken was so good that we finished our sandwiches in the new eatery. The fries were excellent and spiced just right. The signature mac & cheese is worth trying. The staff was most pleasant too. We definitely plan to go back! Watch out Chick Fil A ! read more
