For sides I got the Brussel sprouts which have bacon, goat cheese and some type of nut in them. They were really good and flavorful. I also had the hush puppies which are served with the same butter that came with the biscuits. They were nice and crisp but not over cooked. I recommend both sides. My family seemed to enjoy their dishes as well. My friend had the burger with pork belly on it, my father had the Cajun seafood pasta & my mother had the blackberry thighs. We notified the waiter who had the steak replaced. Something came to the table 30 minutes later--but it was a chewy rump end of what was previously ruined. It seemed like the chef was determined to get even for sending the first steak back. I chewed through half of the steak before boxing the rest (to take home for our pet). The waiter was nice enough to offer free dessert for the error--but noted that they were out of Key Line pie and chocolate brownie--so we had our choice of Tres Leches, bread pudding, or butterscotch pudding. I felt bad for laughing--but those choices were worse than over cooking the steak. Not impressed for a $400 meal and not going back. I hope my review saves you the same pain.

Second, some of the food was very good such as the fresh oysters, oyster chowder and the hush puppies. Unfortunately, a lot of the food wasn't great, especially the seafood sampler and the crab cake. Maybe we should have asked for the crab cake and sampler to be broiled rather than fried, and that may have been why we were disappointed. The crab cake was particularly disappointing as it seemed mostly leg and backfill meat with a fair amount of filler and then deep fried. I wanted to confirm that the crawfish was fresh and not frozen. I had noticed in some previous order that food didn't taste fresh. David kindly confirmed it was fresh and this was the prime time to enjoy. (David was helpful) I ordered the Fish basket that comes with fries and coleslaw. You have the option to select cat fish or rock fish (selected the rock). I also got Cajun boiled that comes with potato, shrimp, corn. I included three orders of the crawfish in the boil. The family was disappointed, many of the crawfish was NOT fresh and many of the tails were mushy. It's like it was frozen and overcooked to the point of texture was ruined.
