I would like for them to work on their flavor. I ordered the Vivi's Sandwich, swapped the fries out for mac and a single Jumbo Tender. Their mac&chz, I prefer to order from.... Chickfila. Their chicken was eh, decent. Kinda bland. The jumbo tender itself is big yes, but I'm not sure about $3.99 big... BUT their sauce was to die for!! I left with I believe Thai Chili and one of Vivi's Signature sauces and both were great. One suggestion I have is to expand their drink options. Overall.. I would try again if someone else wanted to go. I went on a solo trip but their menu is loaded with other options! If/When I return, I will surly update!

Our visiting family received their order correct. (Thankfully) My oldest daughter had missing poppers. While my order and my youngest daughter's order never arrived. Eventually, we asked for an update and the guy was clueless to what we were talking about. We had to explain multiple times that we never received any of the items on our receipt. And at this point, we wanted a full refund, including the tip that we provided prior to the service. The gentleman eventually went back to the kitchen to verify. I overheard them speaking in Spanish and one of them saying you "mean the food that's been sitting there". They didn't realize I spoke Spanish. I didn't receive an apology from the guy who brought the food. Again, we still had missing items after waiting all this time. I asked the gentleman for my Greek salad and the sauce. (I would like include that this has happen in previous visits) The guy was taking forever to bring out the items. I tried getting someone else's attention, but I was ignored. When I started to speak in Spanish the man washing dishes looked my way. But was not helpful, the man eventually came out with the salad and the sauce. At this point, our party who received their meals had finished and the restaurant was getting ready to close. I just took the food and left with my party without enjoying a hot meal. Since the food was sitting out for so long it wasn't as hot. Plus we felt rushed, as they prepped to close. I'm sad to say I've experience other mild issues but not as major as this one. The restaurants continues to be kept presentable and clean. But the quality of service is not the best and you always have to check you get all your items within your order. We meet the owner when they first open and they seem to be good people. I never claimed the gift card they offered from the original post because I believe in support business owners. Especially when they try to provide good quality food. I'll rather show my thanks by always being a returning customer. But I'm sad to write today's review. Today with the previous experiences was my final decision to write an updated review. If you decide to visit for take out, please verify you receive all your items. My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed. A quick ask for mom to grab it on the way home and the food made its way back quickly. WOW is all I can say. When you order food to go there is a level of expectation that it will not be as good as it is at the restaurant, especially fries and onion rings. But in this instance WOW. Our server seemed as though she would rather be anywhere else than serving our table, food was delivered by someone in a "chef's" coat, drinks were refilled by another server who happened to be walking by and noticed our glasses were empty and a manger checked in on us (who we shared our concerns with and who offered a replacement option) all while our server took care of another table, or sat in a private dining room at the back of the restaurant chatting with other staff. As for the ambiance - there really isn't any other than open and bright? Maybe it's better later in the evening or on the weekend, but as far as week nights - it's fairly mainstream.
