The short rib was really tender and flavorful, the bread was toasted but still soft. Perhaps the unsung hero of the meal were the fries and the malt vinegar aioli! My friend offered to split the Slammin Salmon sandwich and onion rings since she has had it before and never finished the entire thing. I took her up on it and the order was placed.
