I ordered 3 dishes for delivery, only one was what I actually ordered and paid for. Chicken lo mein was correct but dry and hardly any chicken. I ordered orange BEEF and got chicken. It tasted good but wasn't what I ordered. Garlic Shrimp and scallops had none of the vegetables except white onion and it definitely wasn't in a garlic sauce. I've ordered from here a couple times and they never disappoint. I had to cancel my order the first time even after they had started to make the food and they did not charge me or anything. They have really good customer service. I got the Sesame Chicken Combo. It comes with rice, an egg roll, and soup. The sesame chicken was really really good but the only that made me sad was how drenched in sauce it was towards the bottom. I know a lot of people like that l, but personally I didn't. The wonton soup was pretty good. The wontons in it tasted really good but the soup was kinda bland. The egg roll was pretty good. My friend got the House Egg Foo Young and said it was really great. Ordered late-night delivery on a weekday. Food arrived quickly, neatly packaged, and still hot. The sweet and sour chicken combo was fantastic; chicken was fresh, tender, and perfectly crispy, and with a side of fried rice, egg roll, and soup was a fantastic deal at 13.50. Vegetable rolls were pretty good; they were nicely fried with a light, flaky wrapper but didn't have very much flavor. Its also rather strange that when ordering online, all of the options for dipping sauces are $2 extra, bringing the 2 rolls and one 2 oz cup of sauce to $7. The beef and broccoli, however, was quite possibly the strangest thing I have ever deigned to put in my mouth. If I had been blindfolded, tied to a chair, force-fed this bizarre mystery meat* and not released until I could identify it; I would have wished that the chair be comfy because I surely would have died in it. The texture was reminiscent of something one might find lurking in the corners of a never-once-cleaned 20 year old oven or of a flattened slug. Classic chinese takeout restaurant with no indoor seating. They deliver my favorite general tsos chicken here, and the dinner portions are very large. It's a little over $12 for an order of general tsos chicken, which is a little pricey but not bad. Delivery is fairly quick and the service is consistent. Unfortunately the chicken is not so boneless as I almost chipped a tooth on an unexpected bone! Usually it does not have bone but I guess I got unlucky today. read more

It's fine. Typical Chinese food carry out. Not great or "delicious" but it's not at all bad.

They were reasonably fast and friendly. When I got the crispy eggplant, I thought it wouldn't be breaded but that's okay. It's in a SWEET SAUCE. I got medium heat but it's not spicy at all. Not sure how I feel about it. The eggplant inside is soft and it's messing with my head to be honest. Update: My stomach feels kindve uneasy. I think it's just the texture. Our small order took one hour and 20 minutes to arrive on a Sunday evening when the restaurant is 10 minutes from our house. The General Tso's chicken dish, which should be crispy under the sauce, was very soggy and mushy. The pork fried rice was extremely greasy and the pork chunks were tough and chewy. The food was still somewhat warm when it arrived but did not taste like it was freshly made. When I called to complain, which I rarely do, it was clear the restaurant did not care. The lunch specials are pretty big in size. We ordered the orange chicken and the general tso's. both are considered "hot and spicy". But, fantastically, they ask you how spicy you want your meal! We opted for mild this time, and it was perfect for me. I'm not a huge spicy person. We also ordered egg rolls and spare ribs, both good also. Definitely a good choice for Chinese take out in town. I ordered shrimp and scallops in garlic sauce and chicken teriyaki it was so simple food but they made the sauce too sticky and vegetables so soft like baby food. When I called the woman who answered the phone sounded frantic and in the background I could hear phones ringing off the hook.. Having worked in many fast-paced service positions I can fully understand how stressful it can be to juggle multiple phone lines and orders, however, I feel that it shouldn't completely remove a persons customer service skills and basic manners. The woman took our order but was very short with me. Once she got the order she gave me a total and almost hung up on me as I was asking to pay with credit. She said "I'm too busy to take card number right now. I'll call you later" and hung up on me. I was slightly baffled since I have never experienced anything like that before. I figured I would give her 15 minutes to call me back. While I was waiting I looked up the reviews on yelp and laughed when I saw the review from alejandro a. It was the exact same scenario. After about 20 minutes I decided to call the restaurant again to obtain some sort of clarity as to what was going on. The same woman answered, this time sounding much calmer, and I asked her about our order. She immediately knew who I was, took our credit card number and hung up. At that point we were questioning whether the order/delivery would actually come through or not. Luckily within 30 minutes the delivery man arrived with our order. While the rangoon was average, the chicken was barely edible, with such a thick tub of sauce that I thought I might drown just trying to eat it. The sauce was overbearing and soaked the chicken to a point that every piece was soggy. The chicken itself is of very low quality, just cutting a piece in half reveals it to be questionable meat that I wouldn't trust. It was rubbery and slimy. I have and will order from them again. It is convenient to have delivered to work. I would break them down into pluses, minuses, and other. Pluses: They deliver. They have decent food. As someone else stated, not something to write home about. I've had lunch portions and dinner portions. Lunch portions seem to be better value for the money to me. Minuses: Typical accent issues for non-native speaker makes them difficult to understand. There is always a lot of background noise on the phone, which also makes it difficult. Other: There is a minimum delivery amount, so you can't order a single lunch and have it delivered. You can probably do a lunch and a couple soups, or just order for two days or two people.
