She was going to cancel the order and that if things changed to call again. The following day as we were coming back from a long, tiring day at Washington Hospital Center we decided to try again. My wife called and was put on hold while a woman who identified herself as the wife of the owner told her she did not want her to ever come back and did not want to service her. My wife was shocked as was I since we were only three or four minutes away we drove there. My wife went in and the wife wife of the owner as she stated, began yelling at her in front of other customers and saying she is no longer welcome. She cannot have Service there. She cannot order anything.. I was shocked. The wife brought the owner her husband out from the kitchen and my wife tried to explain what happened with the truck and inability to get there and offered to pay for the dinner for the previous night unfortunately she was treated with hostility, anger, and a reluctance to listen. The owner complained how he went out of his way and now he was out money and told her to leave.. It was an incredibly upsetting experience, management was extremely unprofessional, berating my wife and I in front of other customers and for no reason at all, denied a service, knowing that my wife is handicapped and has food allergies.

The combo platter of Kung pao chicken which came with friend rice and an egg roll. Szechuan chicken. Egg drop soup. Everything was ready when I arrived and decently priced. Loved my Kung pao chicken. When I first started coming here it seemed to be managed by Vietnamese but now it appears to be all Latino staffed. Perhaps it changed hands. The quality it still similar, I just appreciate when the ethnicity of the food matches the staff, when possible. But, the staff is friendly and the service is quick. Only thing I don't like is that they are open until 9:PM but it seems if you come after 8:30 they are cleaning up and don't really want to serve you. They should serve until closing time. This is not uncommon in restaurants, but you know... sometimes you really want that bowl of Pho! The search engines list them as OPEN, but they really aren't. I like it and will keep returning. Sometimes they deliver 15 minutes late and sometimes they deliver 20 minutes early, I really think it depends if I order during peak times. Worth the wait if they are running late.
