Went to the Mall with my Mama! 7-31-25 getting my aunt some shoes and picking up items we ordered online to pickup in store. After all the errands were done we stopped here to grab Lunch/Dinner!. The customer service here was patient not rushing to choose something, very kind, accommodating . The food is waay better than the Flaming Cajun across the way. I say that because flaming Cajun chicken is dry and chewy most pieces . The samples I had were of the bourbon chicken, Cajun spicy chicken . I got the Bourbon Chicken, Honey lemon chicken with White rice, despite being fried the meat was very tender, wasn't chewy, stringy , the skin coating stayed crispy even after reheating it!, the sauce was flavorful !!! the bourbon chicken was flavorful tender! Your plate they pack it up with meat!! & whatever sides you get so you'll have food for 2days!. Mama got the orange chicken, chicken broccoli half rice half fried rice no extra cost she really enjoyed her food too . Overall I'd surely come back esp for that Cajun spicy Chicken I sampled it was tender Very flavored and spicy indeed hit your throat like a karate kick and a bit of sweet! & customer service. The Ambiance is cool, organized clean , prices affordable and if you don't want everything fried! and some Veggies or all Mein or halves of 2 sides you will be granted

It is hard to find good Chinese food in this area. This place is a hidden gem. Down to the picture menus on the board, you can tell this place is authentic. It was my first time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But there was a consistent flow of customers in and out, and the doordash bell kept ringing, so I knew it had to be good. I ordered shrimp and broccoli, crab rangoons, and chicken noodle soup. All were delicious. It reminded me of being back in NYC where Chinese food is a staple. Do not expect much regarding the ambiance. It is takeout for a reason. My rating is based solely off the customer service i experienced and the dishes I tried. I will def be back to try more items.

Awesome food, and super helpful man behind the counter. Great prices too! Gotta try the spring rolls!

Hard, fast, plentiful Chinese food - no bells, whistles or anything like that but, you won't be disappointed.

It's my go-to for a solid Chinese take away. The shrimp egg rolls and the shrimp dishes are great. Economical specials too.

Not the most flavorful food- we tried Shrimp in Lobster sauce which has been a long time old favourite of mine. Incredibly bland.

The menu offered a variety of enticing options, and the dishes we ordered were well-prepared. My favorite is the General Tso Chicken

Set in a strip shopping center there is plenty of parking. The interior is very clean and attractive with many of the traditional oriental touches. There were 5 of us and we were seated near the front window. I was somewhat surprised at the steady number of customers on a mid-week afternoon. Four of us ordered off of the lunch menu which includes egg roll, fried rice and entree. Our daughter started us off with ordering a "Volcano" cocktail for the table. It comes in a large bowl with a flaming center, very impressive. You get extra long straws to hopefully avoid setting them on fire. I took a sip but opted out for a more traditional cocktail. I started off with hot and sour soup. It wasn't listed on the menu as part of the special but seemed to be included. It was spicy! For my entree I had the chicken with cashews which was delicious with plenty of cashews to keep me happy. All of the others also had chicken dishes except our daughter who had the crispy beef which was not a lunch special. She loves the crispy beef at Jack's and it's her go-to dish of choice. The service was good and the owner who was also working the dining room was delightful. If Jack's Fortune was closer to us it would definitely be on our regular dining out rotation.
