This might be the worst Pf Changs location I have ever been too! I ordered take out and if I wasnt so far away I would have brought it back to the restuarant. It was so terrible I threw it all away. I should have known by their lack of customer service (just standing there for 15 mins - zero acknowlegement) then waited an additional 20 for my online order - only for it to taste horribly! It started out rough with no smile from the hostess. He also did not ask if our table was okay? I told our waitress, Miss Rylinn, she apologized for his unfriendliness and lack of professionalism. We had the meal for two a good bargain. She gave us a free dessert for our trouble. The restaurant was clean but a few tables needed to be cleaned. The portions get smaller and smaller, and the quality of the food gets worse and worse. Used to love this place and go there a lot with my family., but now when we have family get together so we go elsewhere. They need to bring back their decent size portions, and the quality of the food needs to pick up. Hello, I'm writing to share a very upsetting experience I had with a recent order from PF Chang's. I ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, which is normally one of my favorite menu items. I'm currently pregnant and have been dealing with nausea, so this was one of the few things I felt I could eat. When I received my order, I immediately noticed the lettuce leaves were brown and appeared to have residue on them. After checking a few of the leaves more closely, I unfortunately found a bug on one of them. This made me feel instantly sick, and I was unable to eat the rest of my meal. Given my pregnancy, this experience was especially distressing and concerning from a food safety standpoint. I've always enjoyed PF Chang's and have never had an issue like this before, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Two stars only because the drink was good. Do not. I repeat do not eat at this location unless you like PF Bland style. So disappointed. Ordered the usual - spring rolls and sesame chicken. Eggs rolls were good and fresh - paired well with my drink. All went down hill after that - sesame chicken barely hot and bland-bland-bland. Ugh! Sent it back and of course I am sure some teenager in back decided to microwave it and replate it. Well it came back hot of course and even drier/bland. The bartender brought me out 3 different sauces he puts on his own dish to make it taste better. Ummm...if you have to doctor up the mess then you know the chef needs to be fired. Stop making the sauce watered down to save money!!! The sauce should be savory and rich. Or, folks go to the one in Fairfax Corner is probably a safer bet. From the tasteless food, to the slow and forgettable service, to the dirty glasses, I didn't have a very pleasant experience at this location. I came here for lunch because I had received an email for a free chicken pad thai dish and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to try. I sat at the bar which was partially filled and there was only one bartender attending to everyone. The bar tender took my drink order which was a simple club soda shirley temple. We booked an early reservation for New Year's Eve. They gave us a nice booth, which was great. We ordered two Mai Tai's while we considered the menu. The server came back after a while to let us know the bar was backed up, but then the drinks did come out shortly thereafter. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer, which we always enjoy. My husband also ordered a cup of wonton soup. The soup came with the entrees. We shared sesame chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce, both of which were good. Our server checked in on us several times. (I also appreciate that they include nutrition info, such as calories vegetarian, and GF, on the menu). No need for photos! This is the first time I have NOT enjoyed a meal here. Wth? Salt Pepper Prawns. A plate of small shrimp flash fried with a lack luster sauce. Not good! Calamari. Chewy. My husband and I had dinner here tonight for Valentine's Day. In my experience it's always a gamble going out on Valentine's Day. As expected, they were very busy tonight, but despite being busy, our server was amazing. I used to be a server for 10 years so I'm always super thankful for those that go out of their way for you, even when they are super busy! Our food came out quickly and was just fantastic! Service was great. We were wanting Lo Mein, lettuce wraps with chicken, wonton soup and dumplings. At this time still craving Lo Mein, etc. I have been eating at this chain since they opened; what happened to this chain. The really only fair item was the soup. The wrap was dry and dull and the Lo Mein was edible if you poured soy sauce over it. The dumplings were not something you would not want to eat. The service was excellent and the atmosphere nice, but the food is no longer as delicious as it was. Not sure if there are new cooks or what, but we do not plan to go back because it did not sit well with our stomachs either. Our honey crispy chicken tasted like orange chicken. Decided on this spot for an impromptu dinner date. The restaurant itself is really nice, however, we walked into tables full of cups and dirty plates with half eaten food/drinks. Crab Wonton hard and tasteless....edaname dry and luke warm. Street noodles totally inedible and kung pau chicken immemorable.....................and $5 side of lomein tasted like it had been sitting under heat lamp for hours.................Bathrooms dirty....And all that for only $82!!! NEVER AGAIN! We ordered crab wonton and edaname for appetisers............wonton was hard and pretty tasteless.................edaname dry and luke warm. This was my first time at this PF Changs location. We went for an impromptu date night and walked in to no wait, but they had several parties there. Our server, CB, was AMAZING! Seriously. His service was the best part of the evening. He made great recommendations. We started with a seasonal appetizer (pictured) the beef wontons and they were sooo good. I'm impressed! Ordered food for delivery during Covid19 pandemic. I've had this Chinese craving for awhile and well, let's just say choices are very limited around Naptown. But I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality and flavor of the food received via Uber Eats today! Maybe I've been indoors too long? Nah... it was just really good. For some reason PF Chang's tastes better ordered by delivery. I know because I didn't have to open up one soy sauce packet to help the taste! Shrimp with lobster sauce: what made this dish was the black beans, fresh egg and creamy sauce. Nicely done. Delicious. Pork fried rice: fresh rice not "days old" and just the right amount of veggies, not over powering in that regard. Ample amount of pork so you don't feel cheated. Pan fried dumplings: nice plump sized, delicious. Loved the dipping sauce. The best part is the food was delivered in a sealed plastic bag and the containers inside were sturdy. No leaking. Air tight. Yes, you get chop sticks, fortune cookies and awesome mini soy sauce packets(currently being saved for a later date) I'm thankful not to be having a MSG headache, food coma or threat for montezuma's revenge tomorrow. This location is in the Annapolis Town Center and is typical for P.F. Chang's- which is a good thing, because you know what to expect. Due to the pandemic, we've ordered curbside delivery as opposed to dining in (though we did on a couple of occasions). They've gotten it down to a science and I've had no cause for complaints. The menu offers a wide variety to suit most tastes; I'm the type that if I find a particular dish to my liking, I'll order that pretty much every time. I am partial to the Kung Pao - ordering it online is a snap and there are a number of available choices (extra protein, a different sort of protein, extra or no on other options like peanuts, scallions, etc). Keep in mind, this isn't a carryout and the prices reflect that- but the food is good, so are the drinks- which you can also order them for carryout, and they will be good in that instance, too. I started helping a staff (which I didn't mind) and there were other staff casually walking around offering no help. Food is mediocre. For apps, we ordered edamame and calamari. Both were disappointing. They have hot tea pot on the menu but they were not serving. Really wanted that. Chinese restaurant and no hot tea? Sushi was mediocre (probably not idea ordering this). My family and I ate here in late August. We arrived around 5pm. Only 4 tables were occupied in the entire restaurant. The patio outside was a quarter full. The hostess was not there when we came in. We waited around for about a minute before the hostess appeared and told us she'd be right with us. She turned and started talking to two people who came in before us. We were finally seated after another minute or two. Our server took a very long time to come to the table. We almost got up and left but she eventually came over. Again, there were only 4 other tables occupied in the restaurant at this time. She did apologize for the wait. The tables were very sticky. There was something stuck to the table in front of me that wouldn't wipe off. Our server tried to wipe it off with a rag but nothing worked. She just put some drink napkins over top of it so I wouldn't touch it. Since we waited so long for our server to arrive, we ordered our drinks, appetizers, and our entrees all at once to save time. Unfortunately, our appetizers and entrees came to the table at the same time. We mentioned this to the food runner and she said she didn't know how our server put it into the system. We felt like we had to hurry up and eat because we didn't want anything to get cold. We mentioned this to our server and she apologized and asked if there was anything she could do. We said no (it's not like we could tell them to take the food back). We ordered Chang's Lettuce Wraps appetizer, Hand-Folded Crab Wontons appetizer (crab, bell pepper, green onion, spicy plum sauce), Surf & Turf (shrimp, lobster, filet mignon, butter glaze, asparagus, mushrooms, potatoes) with white rice, Mongolian Beef (soy glaze, flank steak, garlic, green onion) with brown rice, and a Chicken Fried Rice. Our food was good except for a few things. The pork dumplings were terrible. The dumplings were so gummy and weren't steamed all the way. We just scooped out the middle of the potstickers and ate the filling. My dad ordered his Surf & Turf meal without asparagus and mushrooms. To their credit, his meal came without them, but they forgot the potatoes in his dish. We brought it to our server's attention when she came back to check on us. She asked if we wanted to see the manager and my dad declined. Our server was polite and did her best to remedy our problems, but service was so slow. It took a long time to get refills but she ultimately did show up. It took quite a while for her to box up our food but she was trying to be polite and chat with us for a bit. It took a little over 10 minutes after our food was boxed up for us to get the check. There were not that many people in the restaurant throughout the time we were there. There were plenty of servers inside and outside (it was 5-6pm on a Friday), so we didn't know what the issue was. We usually come to this location for carryout only. We've eaten at this location several times but service was always lacking. The Annapolis location is the closest, but we always drive to the Columbia location because the service is top notch. read more

The restaurant wasn't busy during happy hour. Our server was easy going and polite. He replied, "100%" to anything we asked. He gave us about 20%. He had two other tables and the restaurant was nearly empty. Hubby got his own water from the bar when our server was away for long periods of time. The server apologized and said, "They have me running all over the place." I don't know where he was running, but it wasn't to our table. The place wasn't busy. The server checked on us more after I had paid the bill than during the meal. I don't want a refill when I have my receipt. I want water at the start of my visit. The server is new and can probably be coached. The management team could see we were struggling to get service but didn't stop by to check on us. They could have helped make our visit better. They also missed an opportunity to coach a new employee. The food was delicious. The Pad Thai is one of my favorite items to order. The lettuce wraps were wonderful. The pan seared tofu is what makes the wraps so special. I like visiting during happy hour because some of the appetizers are included in the specials. Basically pulled out of the freezer and put in a bag, not balanced, just frozen and raw to where I had to pull out a pan and cook it and and a sauce!
