He explained that one was a green jalapeno/habanero sauce and was slightly spicy, the second one was a mixture of mayo, mustard and vinegar. He suggested applying a bit of each to my entree. My meal was amazing. After tasting the entree and accompanying rice and beans, I did as the waiter suggested and applied both sauces to the entree. It was amazing!!
