We were camping nearby last weekend and decided we weren't in the mood to cook. Since this seems to be the only pizza place near by, we checked it out on a Saturday night. At first we weren't impressed. It's a seat yourself place and the girls at the counter greeted us. And then we sat. And sat. We almost got up and left, but then our server came around the corner and looked shocked. Apparently no one told her we were there. After that though, she was ON POINT. We started with full size salads (we were hungry after hiking all day) - Caesar for Hubby (with chicken), because that's how he rolls, and the Ledo Italian for me. The Caesar dressing looked a little thick, but it was amazing! You can taste all the layers of flavor, even a hint on anchovy. Just the way it's supposed to be. What he really loved was the chicken! It was hit and fresh off the flat top. Super tasty. My Italian was good too - full of fresh ingredients. I did note that the menu pics show it has salami and pepperoni in it, but mine was missing the pepperoni. Not a big deal. The dressing was really interesting. It's called Ledo Romano Cheese and Herb Dressing, which I was picturing more as a vinaigrette, but it was actually creamy. Really flavorful though! It also comes with black olives and pepperonchinis, but I always skip those. On to the pizza - we ordered extra cheese and pepperoni. This is NOT NY style, so if you are expecting that, you are in the wrong place. What it is is a distinct flaky crust rectangle. They don't use mozzarella, either - it's smoked provolone. But do t let that bother you, the flavor is fantastic. The sauce has a hint of sweetness, which I actually prefer. You can taste the tomatoes better that way. It was loaded with cheese and that thick sliced pepperoni that they seem to be known for. Fantastic service, really (surprisingly) tasty food and decent prices will have us back again when in the area. The only reason they lose a star is because the crust on our pizza could have used a few more minutes in the oven. It was doughy. read more

Isn't Ledos a chain? Their sausage pizza tasted a bit off and their lasagna definitely tasted funny. I'm not sure if it's the location or what we ordered (to go), but I would not recommend these two dishes. Their cheese pizza was fine. read more

Went a few nights ago and my daughters mac and cheese tasted sweet like it had maybe spoiled. We were accommodated by her getting chicken tenders! The wait staff is great but the food is mediocre at best and the restaurant could 100 percent use an update. Its too bad i could be a flourishing restaurant in a great location. read more

Gosh! A lot of these reviews seem kinda harsh, wow. Lighten up, people. We have been here at least 5 or 6 times in the last year. Always a good experience. Dining in, staff was always very nice. Take out experiences also reliably and consistently good. read more

We called and were placed on hold for about 3 mins before we could finally place an order. Anyway... we placed the order telling her we wanted olives on one half of the pizza and we were told we couldn't do over 9 toppings... we said ok and to remove the hamburger meat and add olives. After an hour wait we pick up our pizza and go home. They didn't add the olives. That was extremely annoying and why we give three stars. read more

When my husband agreed to order a Pineapple and Ham Pizza from Ledo's. I was delighted...he hates it. I had been wanting one for months. Imagine my disappointment when the pizza arrived soggy and half cooked. The sauce and cheese didn't have good coverage. The toppings were so sparse there were pieces that didn't have any toppings at all and little sauce and cheese. And at $18!!! I should have ordered Domino's at $7.99. Husband and I ordered subs. I got a chicken parmesan and he got a meatball sub. They don't have mozzarella cheese for the subs. Only provalone. They use provalone on the pizza too. The subs were ok. They didn't come with any sides.... seemed a little expensive for JUST subs no sides. But not a bad sub overall. Husband enjoyed his sub a lot. read more

Food was good staff kind of crappy. I can't remember what pizza we got but it was amazing, I had also ordered a gyro with extra sauce. I get there to pick it up and there's practically no sauce on the gyro and I ask for some on the side she says it's going to cost extra and I'm like there's none on here so we go back and forth a bit and she finally gives in and gives me a side. I get home open up the gyro completely and there was barely any sauce on there. Now I don't mind there being barely any sauce on there as long as you don't try to charge me for the sauce that I should've already gotten and then continue to argue with me about it. Ordered three pies tonight ! Wow. Got a sausage, pep and plain. One after another were great ! Love the square pie! The sauce was sweet which I'm normally NOT a fan of, but it worked. My only complaint (if any) was that the crust could have been more cooked. Perfect amount of salt, and cheese seemed to be good quality because it had flavor ! I'm blown away by this place. Was here on Vaca and expected to get sub par pizza but instead I'll be thinking of this pizza for a while .... Good job guys ! read more

Mediocre at best. Service was poor. Ordered the all you can eat soup salad and bread and it took 20 minutes to get it served. I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and was able to eat it with a fork. It was like eating flavored oatmeal. Very unimpressed. read more

Came in with a friend and sat at the bar for pizza and a few beers. Pizza was very good (thin crust), we ordered the Korean BBQ and split a large between 2 people. Price was very reasonable and service was great. The server was always there to refill our drinks, although we were the only ones at the bar. The beer selection was limited but the server explained they were starting off trying to stock inventory and working towards a better selection. We came in Sunday night and they had TVs all over the restaurant with football on. It's great place to watch the game and have beer and pizza. read more

While vacationing at stratford harbor there aren't a lot of restaurants to choose from. Keeping an open mind, we decided to try ledo pizza. We ordered broccoli cheddar soup, spaghetti, and both regular and their gluten free pizza (we have one with a gluten allergy in our family) for our meal. They were all wonderful! The bread and crust on the pizza was delicious and tasted homemade. For dessert they have beignets with nutella that also taste homemade and could definitely get addicting! The service was fast and our server (Sarah) was very sweet and helpful! So thankful to have been able to find this great little piece of heaven! read more

Not sure if it was because I was wearing a mask when most of the patrons were not. Even though there was a sign that everyone needs to be wearing a mask. One of the women working had her mask pulled down, then rubbed her nose with her bare hand, coughed into her hand and then while checking my pizzas was rubbing her hand over the top of the closed box. I don't know if this was intentional, but in these times of Covid-19, it was gross. I should have said something at the time, but I just wanted to get out of there. read more

Even though the servers were friendly we had a bit of a wait for 2 plates of fries and one small pizza (there was only a couple of people who already had there food when we seated ourselves) , pizza was very greasy and bland but very interesting crust. Was pleasantly surprised. Was there for a sunday night dinner. Shared the wings, husband had the soup n salad breadsticks and i had the pop pie pizza and we shared the wings. This is a good casual, no frills, affordable option for dinner. Family friendly for sure. Thought the restaurant was clean and the setvice good. I was most unfortunate to have a pizza craving and decided to order from this "restaurant"... My preferred pizza consists of pepperoni, Italian sausage, onion and mushroom with extra cheese.. My positives are that the pepperoni was cut thinker than normal and the extra cheese cause had the desired pulled. Unfortunately that's all I can say on the positive side. The crust lacked developed flavor; the sauce lacked seasoning and the sausage though tasty, lacked as well... The worst and most unfortunate part are the slimy, canned mushrooms (come on folks, they are in a shopping center that contains a Food Lion, can't they purchase 0.8 oz of mushrooms from here on a daily or bi-daily basis?)
