It's a small place, mostly take out, but they do have tables and chairs to eat in. Four o'clock in the afternoon they were doing a popping take-out business. We were informed while ordering that they had a current special for a large cheese pizza for $9.99, additional toppings extra, so we ordered a large cheese, add bacon and jalapenos all over, pepperoni on half. Less than twenty minutes later they delivered our pie, fresh out of the oven. It looked and smelled amazing, and tasted just as good. Great crust, great sauce, great cheese, and the balance of all toppings was perfect, not too much or too little of anything. We will be back for more pizza, and definitely want to try the subs too. I've been coming to Presto Pizza in Lake Ridge for about 10 years, but after my experience on Sunday, April 12, 2026 around 7:15 PM, I will never return. I placed an order for a stromboli, a large meat lovers pizza, and a steak and cheese sub. While waiting, I noticed a worker handling a sub roll with her bare hands. At first, I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe it hadn't gone through the toaster yet. Then a man walked in from outside and went straight into the kitchen to prepare food for delivery. I moved so I could clearly see what was going on, and to my surprise, he immediately started cutting my pizza without washing his hands or putting on gloves. This was shocking, especially since I've trusted this place for years. It felt off, so I asked the cashier if there had been a change in ownership. She confirmed that there had been. The manager overheard me and asked if something was wrong. I explained that I saw someone come in from outside and start handling my food without washing his hands. His response was, "Did you see me touch your food?" I was honestly baffled. I explained that he was preparing my order, and that kind of food handling is unacceptable. Instead of addressing the concern, he argued that it was fine for him to prepare food without washing his hands. At that point, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Neighbors have been recommending Presto to me for a while now, so I finally decided to give it a try for a pizza night. We ordered online directly on their website for pick up. The pizza sauce was flavorful and the crust exactly right, not too doughy and not too crispy. When we picked up the order we were greeted by friendly staff and they handed us the pizzas right away. We are newbies here and we have been trying different places nearby. Pizza is always a good choice so we tried Presto! Pizza. We've actually had it a few times. It's a safe place to get pizza. I actually don't know if they have different crust thicknesses as my husband is usually the one who orders, but we usually get thin crust. The actual pizza crust is the best part! The flavor is pretty good, but the one big con is how greasy it is. Every time, the pizza has been greasier than a teenager's t-zone area!! It's a family owned and ran. All the food I have tried there is just wonderful. I always get a side of their meatballs and sauce; which also comes with buttered garlic bread. I enjoy dipping the bread into the sauce, it is delicious. This dish is one of my favorites. The description is from their online ordering. Baked Spaghetti(Barbra and Bubba Spaghetti, our homemade sauce, mushrooms, sausage, topped with mozzarella and 3 slices garlic bread. That baked spaghetti has the best sauce. It is so hardy and filling. Their pizzas are very good too, with fresh made dough. My family has been enjoying this shop for years. They also have all kinds of good and different specials you can choose from online. Their chicken wings were a good find for us as well; they're very big and meaty wings. You can choose different sauces for them. The service is always great and pleasant. They have no problem helping you carry your order out to your vehicle. I think the only problem I have ever had is that the place is only big enough for a couple of small tables to sit at. It is more designed to be a delivery and or carry out establishment. 1st time ordering pizza here. The pizza itself was very good! We got the Garden of Eden for the vegan in the fam, a pepperoni/cheese for the kiddo, and a sort of meat lover's for the rest of us. Yum! This place is definitely more of a New York style pizza. Thinner crust and chewy. We ordered to extra large pizzas and a small cheese was added in! We also ordered a bunch of wings. Everything was delightful, hot, and tasty. Generous amount of toppings and cheese! All guests all enjoyed the pizza as well. This place is a little more pricey than a pizza chain is. However I think the quality is better and I like to support a local business. We didn't ask for any recommendations, but when our order was taken on the phone it was easy and the person was kind. I've had Presto once before a while back and I've only heard good things about the place so this was dinner. Placed an order online for their two small pizza deal, one with pepperoni, one with chicken and spinach, 6 wings mild and well done, and 2 mini cannoli. I was a little confused about pickup times because you don't get a notification and one part of the site says online ordering can take up to two hours on Friday night and another says two hours for delivery orders on Friday night. I gave myself 25 min (their suggested time) + another 20 min just in case. When I got in it did seem like a lot of people were working behind the counter but staff was pretty friendly and thanked me for my patience. The order was ready anyway so I guess pickup is easier. I actually think it was ready even earlier because when we got it home, it wasn't as hot as I expected so that's on me. Crust is pretty decent, chewy enough. Sauce had a little sweetness and there was a good amount of toppings. Wings were also not crispy but big and flavorful so again not their fault there. Cannolis were good, decent amount of chocolate and mascarpone. Also came straight out of the fridge so at least it wasn't with the hot stuff. Overall I need to probably order on a less busy day because their food is solid and the customer service is A1 but I think I just messed up the time. read more

I was able to take a look at the menu before someone greeted me. I decided to steer away for my typical Margherita and go with the Garden of Eden - a veggie pizza consisting on all fresh vegetables: artichoke hearts, fresh mushrooms, fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and black olives. I'm truly not a fan of ALL of these vegetables listed, but decided to order without any modifications or substitutions. It took about 15 minutes, so was able to wait in my car until my order was ready. Upon receiving the pizza, the smell was mouth-watering. All the vegetables were indeed fresh and provided so much flavor and crunch to the pizza. This was the best veggie pizza I have ever had! My family has been ordering from Prestos for years. We first visited when we lived in Occoquan and now make the trip all the way from Arlington because the pizza & subs are worth it. The crust is probably what makes the pizza the best, but there's a great ratio of cheese and toppings overall making their pizza delicious! The steak and cheese and fries, which are delicious little round potato discs, are also worth trying!
