That one to go, by the way, was gone before 9pm tonight. The crust was chewy and crispy at the same time with tons of subtle flavor. There was minimal sauce (most restaurants in Virginia, I've found, tend to over-sauce in order to make up for their crappy crust), and the toppings that were there (onions and bacon) were working in harmony instead of trying desperately to be the focus.
