Every single thing delivered. The brisket had great flavor and was cooked right, the pulled pork was juicy and well-seasoned, and those beef ribs... absolute showstopper. Big, meaty, packed with flavor, and done exactly how you'd want them. Sides were just as solid. The mac and cheese was rich and satisfying, green beans had great flavor, and that bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper + jalapeño cornbread combo? Yeah... ridiculous in the best way. Thursday brings us back home to Montross where you will find us parked at Stan’s Skateland located at 17408 Kings Hwy for all-day BBQ service. On Fridays we make the trip into the Fredericksburg serving the 4-mile fork and surrounding areas.
