The technician who came out placed sugar bait inside to eliminate the colony. He specifically told me that an exterior treatment was not necessary at that time. I accepted that recommendation, especially because I wanted to minimize any potential exposure for my dog and young kids. Months later, the ants are still an issue. I called to follow up because the problem had not been resolved. I was then told there was no warranty on the $216.50 treatment of simply adding sugar bait for the interior and that they had supposedly also performed an exterior treatment during the original visit. That was surprising because I was never told an exterior treatment had been done. When I asked where it had been applied, they did not give me a clear answer. To be clear, paying for another treatment isn't the issue. If the ants require another visit, I'm happy to pay for it. My concern is that the explanation of what was actually done has changed. First I was told an exterior treatment wasn't necessary. Later I was told one had been performed, yet no one has been able to tell me where it was applied, and I never observed the technician treating the exterior while he was at my home. Now, they're saying I have to pay another $216 for their services that did not resolve anything. Something just isn't adding up. If there's a reasonable explanation, I'd like to hear it. Based on the conflicting information, I have very little confidence in the service. I'll be choosing another company.

I haven't looked closely into just how safe the chemicals are but I'm placing my trust in this company. Beats a conventional exterminator, I suppose. We've only had them spray inside once (first visit) and it didn't smell toxic. What I really appreciated when I first reached out to them is that the owner talked to me himself.
