The prices are affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the nails are better than anything you can find. I work as a cashier and I'm pretty hard on my nails but these did not budge. Towards the end, however, they began to start cracking but it was only on the edges and I extended the wait time until my next appointment. I got compliments on my nails everywhere I went and they were exactly what I asked for. You can show them a photo of anything you want and they'll replicate it. Will def be coming back again!!!

I lead this by saying I got my nails done at this establishment on September 30th, 2026. My first…read morered flag was upon walking into the shop there were no customers or employees, they all came from the back and seemed bothered that they had customers. I asked if they had gel x nails to which I was told they have builder gel. I was really skeptical by that. Gel x is much softer on the nails and I've always gotten a new set. I was thinking that would be my case, upon agreeing to the builder gel and sitting at the technician's table she told me that since I already had nails and the shape I wanted that it'd be better if I got a fill.... I should've just said no hearing that but continued my service. Not only did the woman cut up my cuticles she kept manhandling me and was very rude, and she cut my pinky. To give further disclosure I did let her know every time she nicked me and it hurt I was returned with half sorry and she actually found it funny that I kept saying she keeps hurting me. After she was done applying the builder gel to my nails I watched her spray the brush with alcohol use her finger to wring out the brush and put it back in the jar with all her other brushes, I wish I could tell yall I stopped the service but no, I continued. By the end of the service my nails looked clumpy, my nail shape was completely different than what they had originally been. Here is the kicker part, my sister came with me and requested a full set with cat eye gel polish, I requested... well, was told to get a fill and got cat eye on the tips of my nails and we were charged the SAME PRICE. I still want to know how a fill and painted tips are $60 and a full set with full painted cat eye nails are $60. She then explained that because she used (her words exactly) "the acrylic gel and cat eye gel then my fill came out to be that amount... I thought she told me it was builder gel not acrylic. Oh but they gave us 20% off so that made it better. Two days later my nails are chipped my pinky still hurts and from the hygiene practice that I did briefly see, I'm worried about my finger getting infected. Below are pictures of my nails after two days. While I can't tell anyone what to do I will say use extra caution when coming here to get serviced. Not every nail salon is created the same and you definitely get what you pay for. Needless to say from the services that I have gotten from the nail salon I usually go to I always get cat eye and I've never had my nail polish chip off, the polish always looks fresh up until my new set. So again, I say please please please if your gut tells you to walk out don't be like me and force yourself to get the service, run away!
