Because of their mistake, I had to come back and redo the exact same paperwork. When I calmly explained what happened, there was zero apology and zero accountability. They just notarized it again and acted like it was no big deal. Notary work requires precision and basic competence. This store showed neither. Their carelessness created real problems for me, and the complete lack of responsibility afterward made it worse. The lines can be long at times especially on April 15 th . That's the procrastinators fault and we all are lucky we have a post office that's close that will help us make that deadline .
