This post office is exclusively for people with access to base and not going to lie, if you've never been here you wouldn't know where to find the post office because there are no signs. It is tucked away on the first floor of one of the buildings. The clerks at this post office are always so kind and cordial and they do not hassle you like in other post offices in town. The post office itself is nice and neat and they are always stocked with a variety of flat rate boxes, even ones that you can't find in the regular post offices. These guys really set the bar for customer service and there is hardly ever a line. What else sets this post office apart from the rest? They always have a nice welcoming bowl of dum dums lollipops. On your way out there's nothing like eating your favorite dum dum and if you're lucky you'll catch a glimpse of jets taking off.

It was too much for me to move on my own but not enough to fill up a connex. These folks fill in that gap. I packed, loaded up my boxes and took them down to the store and they took it from there. They were friendly, courteous and very helpful. My stuff made it to me fully intact without any damage and exactly when they said it would. I highly recommend these folks if you are making a move but you don't have a lot of stuff......but more than you can handle on your own!

We hired Relocators to move my elderly mom from AK to OR state. It was an extremely tricky job for…read moremany reasons, and we needed some special assistance that required skill and experience on their part. They are NOT an experienced company. There was no formal quote. The "owners" bickered and argued about who was the owner. They misrepresented their service to us several times and never told us what the final price would be until our stuff was ON THE WAY HERE. They parked a truck in front of the house in AK but didn't get any permits; when they were forced to move the truck they did so WITH NO WORD TO US. The truck just...... drove off one day. We thought we were being robbed! But no. It was The Relocators moving the truck to....... where? we still don't know. When I reached out to Deborah about it she said she was leaving town the next day and "Leo" would take care of us. Who is Leo? We didn't know. It took her 2 days to get Leo's contact info to us, and she was snippy and disrespectful in doing so. I was in a crowded noisy place when we were trying to communicate via phone; I asked her to text me instead and her comment was, "The phone works both ways." I didn't hear from her again until 2 days later. Our agreement was that the contents of the truck would be undisturbed, not opened until arrival in OR state. When the truck arrived in OR, it was in a different truck. We had items go missing, including a proprietary shelf to a stereo cabinet. When I asked Deborah about the shelf, she had no plan, no protocol for this situation. She asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" As of now we have no use of that cabinet due to the missing shelf. A problem for another time. Finally, the billing. Dan misrepresented this process to us more than once, creating even more stress than it was already. He quoted us a service fee to process a cc payment, then said he would waive it. Then he reapplied it without explanation and when I questioned it he accused me of trying to rip them off! Dan was SO OFFENSIVE that I had to deal with Deborah, who wasn't much better. When the rep for the mover shows up in high heels, toenail polish, hollywood hair and lashes..... she's beautiful but she's a MOVER. It didn't inspire confidence, is all. NOT shaming the lady, just saying it looked unpro. This company probably would do well with small moves, or just one big ticket item. But they just don't have the procedures and operations in order to move a large, difficult job like ours. Their price was reasonable, but the way we were treated, and the fact that some of our stuff never made it here, that I cannot recommend this company.
