They don't answer the phone and when I asked them how they could just stick a pallet in their warehouse and lose it. After numerous calls from me trying to locate it, I went there and found it in their warehouse. When I asked why I was told it hadn't arrived when it was sitting there buried, I was told that nobody bothered to walk back and look for it.
