I special order large quantities sometimes from their sales rep Michelle. She is very friendly and helpful but sometimes it takes her awhile to get back to you. I run a whole office and sometimes go up with an entire cart load, the checkers don't really know about things such as warranties or products. They should really train their whole staff.
