The work was quick, I came in around 5pm and was done right away and I was out in less than 15 minutes for a fairly substantial order (150+ prints, custom cut) and although I am not familiar with printing costs I was not shocked by the price, it seemed fair. It is close to my house so although I don't do a lot of custom printing work I would definitely come back. I have been to some other printing shops around town (looking at you fed ex formerly kinkos) and ASAP is one of the best printers in town.

Regardless, I chose to have my order refunded and after my refund was processed I thank them anyway. In turn, I was not offered a "you're welcome", "have a nice day" or anything else. Refusing service is inconvenient, but not worth one star. Unprofessional employees, however, and lack of good service deserve zero stars.
