A reputable business would have shown me the issue in 10 seconds instead of charging over $100 for something that didn't need fixing. THEY LIED Very disappointing experience. They sell top of the line machines and stand behind the products they sell . They try hard to answer any questions you might have . If you need to have your machine repaired it will be expensive and it will take a long time . I think this is because they are the only place in town that offers these services .
