He did a rapid and thorough diagnostic autopsy on it, testing each component that could be the culprit,,,,got the gas working, but the timer was on the fritz. He got the dryer working with an external timer on January 7th and came back on January 13th with a new timer. Our dishwasher was giving us trouble, gave them a call, they were able to come out later in the afternoon and gave me a two hour window of when they would arrive. They arrived within the window, let me know what part needed to be ordered. I was able to find the part online and gave them a call two days later when it came in, they came back out and installed for me. I appreciate being given the part number and the option to find it cheaper when possible. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. And very prompt.
