Instead of taking a moment to actually explain or diagnose the issue honestly, they charged me $105 for "repairs." Come to find out, nothing was broken. There's a simple floor/carpet push button that controls whether the brushes turn--and it was never switched. That's it. No repair needed. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. A reputable business would have shown me the issue in 10 seconds instead of charging over $100 for something that didn't need fixing. THEY LIED Very disappointing experience.
