To start here, 5 stars does not cover the great Job that Michael, Raina, and Gabe performed here. It was estimated to be a 2 day Job to swap out a old Funky Fuse Panel, bring all of the connections from the Pole to the House up to Code, and Ground my House here (which had never been Grounded, I was told the area around the house had been Infused or some such thing when it was built in 1950 instead of a proper grounding). With Quick and Coordinated hard work, the whole Job was done and over, with the Electricity back on in about 8 hours. The effort that these 3 fine Folks expended for me here will not be forgotten. If you have any Electrical Issues, get with these Guys they are Courteous, very Informative Professional People that get the Job done at a very decent Price. read more

I called Supreme Electric after power went out on part of my third floor, thinking that it might possibly be a blown circuit breaker. I had tried the stuff that I'm technically competent enough to do--you know, flip light switches off and on, check the breaker box to see if a fuse tripped, and stand there looking helpless. I even went so far as to check out a video on YouTube and borrow a voltmeter, thinking I could at least determine whether a breaker was bad before calling in the pros. Alas, my Polish heritage (and my fear of electrocution) prevented me from actually being able to touch the leads to the switches. Justin called me back and said he could swing by the next day to take a look, and asked that I take a picture of the breaker box so he would know what kind to have on hand. Then he paused and asked me if I had said earlier that one of the bathrooms had gone dark. I replied that it had. He asked if I had tried to reset the (insert sort of technical term that probably even a toddler knows, but that I hadn't ever heard of before) button, and after he explained what it was, I said no--I hadn't. He then took a moment to explain what might have happened and suggested I try to reset it before he came out. Lo and behold, power once again flowed into my teen daughter's bedroom and the world is a better place, now that she can charge her cell phone and resume marathon Snapchatting. Not many companies have that kind of integrity and would not have at least come to do the site visit and charge me the hourly fee for this simple fix. I so appreciate that Justin wanted to troubleshoot beforehand, and save me a few bucks. As a result, Supreme is now saved in my phone and if ever I or anyone I know needs an electrician--I'll be quick to dial their number. Great customer care, Justin--thank you!!!! read more

We had an electrical issue at our home and Supreme Electric was recommended by our contractor friend. The electrician that was sent out did an awesome job of trouble shooting the issue and potentially saved us from having to buy a new light fixture. I have unsuccessfully attempted to get an Electrician out for a small job for 3 years to bring our home up to code. We have had electricians in our HOA who still have not completed work on other projects. Many of the companies I contacted just blew me off or did not show for prearranged appointments. I was disappointed until I found Supreme Electric this year through YELP reviews. The owner came out and did an estimate and unlike the other local companies showed up on time and ready. His electricians came out and were magnificent. They got the work done and discovering a few issues worked to get those things straight as well. I always have trouble booking contractors for my home in Girdwood, if the rate isn't crazy unreasonable then the service is crazy unreliable. Trying to book a contractor for a small electrical job was a nightmare until I spoke with Supreme's staff! They were professional and happy to help with lower commute rates than anywhere else. I have used Supreme Electric on two occasions now and both times they showed up when they were supposed to and they were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. Brandon helped us out last month with an electrical call out to repair what I perceived to be shoddy wiring done by the previous homeowners. Bill and Esteban came over today to install recessed lighting and a ceiling fan. What I really appreciated about their employees is that they are all willing to explain to you what they are doing and they recessed lighting crew took time to ensure that the lights were evenly spaced, and that the drywall cut-outs were clean and minimized. Do not use this company unless you want to get hosed. They charge by the hour, which is probably normal, but then they send a sloth over to do the work. I've never seen anyone move slower. This guy that came to my house was barely functioning and couldn't even answer simple questions. I actually questioned his mental state. And to top off this fantastic service he spent 15 minutes carping in my bathroom. Twice! Charming. My suggestion, hire a different company. read more

Keith from Supreme Electric was just fantastic! The electricity went out on a Sunday afternoon in half of my house (fridge included!). I dialed every number I could find --no one else in town answered and only Keith returned the call --from the airport in Seattle no less. Said he'd be back in Anchorage late that night but would swing by first thing in the morning. True to his word, he was there just about 7:30am and got that problem fixed (and fixed a few other things on my list) in less than an hour. Super polite, efficient, prompt and helpful.
