My new favorite North Bend restaurant. The Chicken Pho is delicious. I would eat it every day. Updated: 4 stars...I have to admit I ask a lot because of my children and getting take out. They are kind in coming out of the store to let me pay, rather than bringing my two babies in and paying inside with no hands to do so. This California Girl finally found some Phô that tastes almost like being back home in San Diego, California!!!! The spring rolls were fresh and delicious and that peanut sauce was so good!!! The Chicken Phô soup my daughter ordered was on point! She says 2 thumbs up. I order Grilled Pork Vermicelli and had to pay extra to add on shrimp . My order was very good!! After a long and complicated hike, we were tired and were so happy to find this place in a shopping plaza in North Bend. They have a sign outside but not on the door itself, so we almost missed the entrance. Very simple but friendly service and place. The pho with soup was very good. Arguably some of the nicest, most personable people in all of North Bend. The pho was absolutely phenomenal, hot, and the meet was succulent. Definitely would recommend getting the meatball variation, however if it's your first time definitely get the "special" which is #6. If you are a sweet coffee drinker, the Vietnamese coffee is refreshing and magnificent. If you are driving through North Bend for lunch, go here! read more

I moved to the area about a month ago and was sad to learn that Unphogettable was closed due to the pandemic which is completely understandable. I kept my eye on their Facebook page almost everyday and saw that they would finally be reopening today! I was going to order for dinner, but I couldn't hold my excitement so I put my order in for my lunch break for a special pho. I had high hopes but low expectations because I'm often disappointed by pho when I order it to go. Sometimes it's too watery, not enough flavor, noodles are too soft etc. Well I was happily surprised when I took my first spoonful of broth. It was flavorful! It also met my flavor profile, I don't like it when it's too sweet and this one was perfect! I even had to add a little hoisin sauce to it. The noodles stuck together for most of my meal, but they weren't too soft which was also a happy surprise. I only wish there was a little more meat. I'm looking forward to eating there in person someday, but for now ordering take out will be satisfying enough. This is just another Pho shop and nothing is special about it. However it costs a bit more as it is in North Bend where there are not many Vietnamese restaurants around. We ordered beef soup and grilled pork chop vermicelli bowl. The beef soup was so so but the grilled pork chop was surprisingly good and I highly recommend. The restaurant is very clean as it is new. We've been coming here for several years and absolutely love the food here. It's hands down one of the best pho places we've been to. However, over there last year or so the customer service had gone down hill dramatically. No smiles, no apologies when you mention your last order was wrong, no acknowledgement when we walk in the door to get our food. I used to come here when I worked in the area 2-3 times a week. I've had a lot of pho in my life and this place is hands down the very best. The broth is just perfect and the noodles the best texture. The interior is cute and modern and the service was always top notch. I still think about this place from time to time especially if I've had bad pho somewhere else. I would go all the time if it wasn't so far! 4.75 stars We're so thankful to have a good Vietnamese restaurant near home so that we don't have to venture to Bellevue or even International District. What I like is the quality of the meats and they're not too skimpy on it like some places. Wish the pork chops for the rice weren't so thin. Other than that, the flavours are great! We've always had great service. We recently took my mom here during her visit to Seattle. Because she's vegan, she had to have vegetarian pho with vegetable broth. She said it was delicious; better than one she had a vegan place in International District. They do not have the vegetarian/vegan options listed in the menu, but you can definitely order it. My husband and I would like to see them have the ox tail pho, even if it's only on occasions. Banh mi would be a great addition, especially during the summer months when it's nice to grab something convenient for road trips and hikes. What's disappointing is the fact that it doesn't seem like they make the avocado rolls anymore. We had it the first time we visited back in summer and have never seen it since. read more
