Wow! Great food. Really nice people. Clean space. We were really hungry. The food came fast and hot. Sorry, no food pictures. Like I said, we were hungry. Win!

This was definitely worth the drive from Bellevue as it is the best I've ever had. I had a large bowl of steak and brisket. My wife had the steak with chicken. Both were incredible. Her mother had the smaller bowl and all three of us agree that the flavor of the broth is amazing and the service is excellent. We had Katie as a friendly server, who was very lovely in every way ,and in the back of the house, Nick came by and it was wonderful after my wife spilled water on the table all over her mother's lap! Price was fair for what you receive and most of all we love supporting family on businesses that are struggling to make a living and these guys are definitely doing it right! By the way, we loved the wonderful Christmas music playing on the speakers. Excellent far and apparently, if you get it here, it's unforgettable!

We had high hopes for this place. It's a nice atmosphere and the service was good but we found the food was just ok. Keep in mind my family is Vietnamese but I am not. Still, the food lacked that special flavor.

Love a good pho restaurant that is family-owned and ran! The 2 boys working the front are super nice and attentive, it feels like they're my brothers whenever I come. I always get the combo pho and spring rolls, but my other favorites are the chicken wings and shaken beef. Of course I also have to get a Vietnamese coffee if I'm coming for lunch, but I also like to try their fun mocktails! The food comes out fast and fresh, and always hits the spot. Definitely a solid place for quick lunch or takeout for nights I feel too lazy to cook.

Honestly some of the best Pho in the PNW, what a gem and at such a great value. Highly recommend the beef stew.

Very forgettable, the gyoza was terrible (tasted like soggy water) and the pho was below average.

Great food, great prices, fast service! The kids loved their chicken vermicelli and then finished the broth from my pho. Yum!

Does anyone know whether this restaurant is in operation? Have been calling them a few times the last couple of months. No answer 🙁

Hi there, we are currently closed due to covid but will reopen for takeout starting june 2, please follow our facebook page for announcements. Thanks!

Do they use msg?

I didn't taste the MSG in their food. When I was growing up, my aunty would use MSG in the food she was preparing and I could taste it. Their PHO is quite good, the broth…

Wanted to give a shoutout to the Thai restaurant in the Safeway Plaza in North Bend. Wednesday…read morenights are our usual "go out" night, and we wanted to try something new. So we stopped by Taan Thai Cookery and had a delicious meal. We shared an appetizer of spring rolls - crispy and delicious, served in the tiny mesh basket they were fried in. The plum sauce was the perfect taste to accompany them! Then my wife had a bowl of Thai fried rice with shrimp. The rice was slightly nutty and slightly sweet, and the rest of the ingredients were well-prepared and cooked. I had the Thai Beef Soup, which is similar to Pho, but spiced differently. It was also delicious, and with the 3-stars of heat, it was just about perfect! (I might go for 4 stars next time, as I like spice and heat in my food.) Our meal was delivered to our table quickly, and we spent a leisurely hour just eating and talking, and enjoying our time and the food. Highly recommend this place for good food! As we said last night upon leaving, we've found a new place to put into our rotation of "great places to eat in the Valley."

A Delicious Original Double Cheese Burger meal with Fries and a beverage. $14.00…read more McDonals $13.00 for a Double Quarter Punder Cheeseburger. A very cheeseburger. My regular hamburger on the run.

A lot of the plate dishes that you order will probably be boxed up from the buffet. There are also quite a few burgers on the menu. I have not tried the burgers, but I tried a few items from the buffet, and the taste of everything was very good. There was a lack of vegetarian options, though there were several chicken dishes, but only shahi paneer and matar paneer for the vegetarians. They said that some days they also make dal. There was also some veg soup choices in the buffet. The chicken tikka masala tasted like the chicken tikka had been made in the tandoor and it tasted good. The chicken malai tikka was also pretty decent, even though heavy on the cream. I liked the basmati zeera rice and the raita. The shahi paneer was good but the matar paneer was too red and weird although the taste wasn't bad. The salad vegetables seemed like they had been sitting out all day and were all wilted. I would not eat the raw vegetables. The gulab jamun in buffet was ok but a little dense. The chai was tasty but totally cold. I was there at 5:30 PM so it was off peak time so that may be the reason. I ordered a samosa chaat. The samosas were good and hot, but chutneys left a lot to be desired. The green chutney tasted more like pesto, and the tamarind chutney tasted completely off. The yogurt was decent. The chole (chickpea curry) that came on the samosa chart was quite spicy and more like a curry rather than a chaat item. I would avoid the chat items at this place until they improve the taste of their chutneys. There are only two guys in the restaurant they are doing everything from cooking to cleaning to being the servers and cashiers. They are very friendly, but very busy, so you may not get attention if you need water or something else to be served to.you. The owner Jassy needs to hire more people if he wants this restaurant to provide proper service! It is a pretty big space so it has a lot of potential, if they can improve on the service and the atmosphere. Overall, I am giving it four stars, because a place like this was needed in North Bend, and the taste of their buffet was pretty good. However, they need to improve some aspects for this place to flourish.

I've been coming here for years since I was 15 or so. Don't be shy, order anything from them,…read moreeverything is high quality, noodles and fried rice are wok fried and delicious, service is quick (they will let you know how long it is and their time claims are accurate). The ambiance varies, usually there are people in around 12pm to 2am, and the TV plays videos of Thai cooking. Whether you are sitting down for a meal or ordering take out from their app (great app by the way, never had any problem with it), there's always something on the menu that can strike your fancy. I've ordered the majority of their fried rice at some point or another before, along with their majority of their noodles, and the spice is even toned down compared to the Thai restaurant at the front of Bellevue mall. This is because Sno Thai's scale goes from 1-10 while Bellevue Mall's Thai place goes from 1-5. 3 is a comfortably pleasant amount of heat, 5 is decently challenging. IMPORTANT: The heat only lasts as long as the food is in your mouth and goes away in a short time period. Unfortunately I've never asked if they offer spice levels between 5-10, as 5 jumps to 10 at Sno Thai. Also, there is a notable jump from 3 to 4 in terms of heat for the spiciness. That's really the only criticism I have of them, though also their Hat Yai fried chicken dish has too much bone and not enough meat. The food itself is what it says it is and as an enjoyer of Thai food, they are very authentic. One problem I had with the Thai restaurant by Echo Ridge (called "Thai Eatery") was there being too much vegetables and not enough noodles, here there is plenty of noodle. The portions are good and reasonable, slightly more than enough to make you full but not exceedingly generous to the point that it's too much. The prices are average for Washington state, around 20 dollars for an entree and 30 to 40 after tax if you order a combo pack (their app and machine in store offer combo deal meals, which are the most efficient cost wise to have both a speciality drink and an appetizer with your entree). I think they also maintain good diligence about keeping food fresh. Nowadays I go at least once or twice a week minimum, I sometimes order something new, and they've always exceeded expectations. They treat regular customers very well and I'd even claim this is the restaurant with the best variance on their menu around here. If you're stopping by Snoqualmie definitely try this restaurant! On Monday through Friday they are closed from 3 to 4pm. Some appetizer items on recommendation list may be sold out. Will update this review with photos in the future.
