Pho with steak and brisket + extra cilantro which
Bueniel K.

It wasn't busy when I went at around 1:30pm on a Saturday. I got the regular pho with steak and brisket, with extra cilantro which is an additional $0.85. Very quick service and delicious pho! Clean and not too loud.

Hue Noodle Soup with added veggies
Vy N.

Definitely not an authentic one, but the taste isn't bad either. We got a Special Pho without veggies and a Hue Noodle Soup. The Pho broth tastes okay but isn't as flavorful as it should be; it tastes like there weren't enough beef bones cooked in the broth. The Hue Noodle Soup is on the sweet side; unfortunately, the meat is too hard and chewy. Again, it tastes like they didn't cook it long enough for the meat to be tender. The service and the indoor vibe are okay, and the restaurant is clean. Overall, not too bad if you're hungry for some Vietnamese food. This restaurant has potential, and there's room for improvement.

Chicken Fried Rice with Cabbage
Faith V.

I came here with a large party and it was great. The server was very attentive and brought everything that was requested. I ordered the chicken fried rice with cabbage and it was some of the best fried rice I have had. I loved that they give the option for cabbage instead of peas and carrots. It was a large portion and reasonably priced.

Garlic wings

Service is super friendly; The ambience is quiet and cozy (we went there during Christmas) ; Food wise, I enjoyed the spring rolls, special fried rice and Garlic chicken wings. Everything else (veg pho, chicken pho, veg fried rice noodles) felt average - those dishes could use more flavor!

Yumb! Day after left overs. Enough for multiple servings. ***High quality "to-go" containers, which are CRUCIAL for Pho orders especially!

Can a Pho restaurant be considered quaint? That word comes to mind when I recall the atmosphere! Roomy enough to accommodate numerous tables of friends and family gathering, yet surprisingly private. My family of three enjoyed nostalgic conversation while delighting in our overall experience. I ordered the Special Fried Rice. It was amazing! My kiddos ordered and enjoyed "classic" Pho and were very impressed! (They take Pho seriously, so that really means something!) The service was remarkable & I would highly recommended trying this place. I am convinced that many have, but for those unfamiliar with Pho, visit Pho T&N and be prepared for an authentic Vietnamese experience! (& and your taste buds will thank you!) **iced Vietnamese coffee was out of this world! perfect concentration of coffee to sweet cream**

Still our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. Been to many but none compares. Some of our favorites are the Pho, shaking beef and special bahn mi. The spicy garlic wings are also amazing. We tried their garlic taters for the first time, and they didn't disappoint. Service was excellent when Joe was there but a lot slower the next day when he wasn't.

Spring rolls and vermicelli bowl with egg rolls and chicken was good. Service friendly and efficient. Would visit again.

Oxtail Pho and Thai Tea

Had the Oxtail Pho and it was very good. Broth was tasty and it was a decent portion size. The staff were friendly and fast. Tastefully decorated. Will definitely be back to try more Thai tea was a little sweet but very good

Too much fat in brisket pho.

I keep coming back for the pho with tripe & brisket... it's great we have a spot in Poulsbo that takes such care with their broth.

Ask the Community - Pho T&N

For their Pho, do they have vegetable broth? A lot of Pho places have veggie tofu options and then it turns out the broth is not vegetarian.

They have a vegan Pho if you want vegetarian broth. Otherwise, beef pho and chicken pho are made with bone broth.

My husband chose a fancy whiskey and I snagged a bottle of local raspberry-infused vodka... YUM! Oh, I also have to mention the service. The handful of gentlemen working there when we stopped in were amazing. They were so kind and friendly, welcoming us in for our first visit. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. Our server, Jennifer Burnett, was noticeably warm and attentive to another group nearby, but with us, the service felt dismissive and disengaged. For example, my husband ordered an Aperol spritz, and when they were out, we substituted Campari--but what arrived resembled a raspberry sparkling water, not even close to what Campari tastes like. When we brought it up, the response felt very brushed off. It's disappointing because the setting and food have so much potential, but service matters. I'd recommend spending your money elsewhere in Poulsbo--there are plenty of great spots along the main strip that offer both good food and a better overall experience.

We grabbed seats at the bar, where Freddy--bartender, hero, and possible Jedi--was holding it down solo. At first, we were the only ones there, living our best VIP lives. But 20 minutes in, a wild birthday party appeared! Chaos? Maybe. Freddy? Cool as a cucumber in a walk-in fridge. Despite the madness, he still made time for us like we were the stars of the show. We ordered the Swiss burger and the Fire burger. Let me tell you: that homemade hot sauce doesn't mess around. It's the kind of spicy that humbles you--one bite in, and I was ordering another beer, not for the buzz, but for survival. Painfully delicious. The vibe? Totally vibing. The food? Fire (literally).
