Fantastic beer at Echoes Brewing Company!
    Alden C.

Definitely enjoyed going to Poulsbo's newest brewery, Echoes! I was complaining to myself and to Steve that there wasn't any new breweries to try in the area. But after reading an article on the Washington Beer Blog I discovered therr were lots of new breweries that escaped my attention and so the last several weekends I've been out trying out a few of those new ones, Echoes being one of them. Steve and I made a trip here a few weekends ago and really liked the beers that we had here. I had a fantastic Kölsch that they had on tap. It was light and crisp and had a very appealing cereal kind of flavor to it. It was fantastic! Steve had another kind of beer and while he enjoyed it quite a bit he liked my Kölsch the best. Definitely worth paying a visit back to whenever in the Poulsbo area. You are in for a real treat if you decide to do a mini brewery tour in this town as there are several very good breweries here, Echoes being one of them.

Great beer, friendly, inviting... I like their Rauch Bier. Easy drinking, not hoppy, smoky brown

My husband is the beer officianado and loves Echoes' Monk's Indiscretion beer. So we decided to check out their Poulsbo brewery. First, they made me very happy by not only having wine, but it was Airfield, which is a very good WA wine. Smart move! My husband asked the "beer tender" to put a flight together for him based on his love of Monk's Indiscretion. He was so happy with it. He said it's the first time he has every had a flight and has liked every single beer. You can bring your own food in and it's a large space. In good weather, there's an outside space where you may have your dog. What's not to like?! As a wine drinker married to a beer lover, I'm thrilled with Echoes! And my husband is even happier!

We loved this place! Beer was great. The kid zone made it possible for us to be at a brewery with an active toddler-so nice! Also, awesome mashed potatoes and curry chicken from the stand outside! We will be back.

Beer is good and there is a decent variety. Parking is complicated and not clear where to park if not in the few painted spots.

Fabulous local beers, child and dog friendly. Beautiful 2-level building. Place within where kids can play too. Live music on occasion.

Great beer, varied selection, and a nice, comfortable atmosphere. Service is great, but not much from a food perspective.

(It's mid March now) I really liked some of the German brews they had, especially the Kolsch.

My partner and I have been mug club members (so repeat customers) for years. We enjoy the range of…read morebrews, including ongoing new trials, and chatting with friendly barkeeps. I see the low reviews, mostly from people with young children about noise, and not about the beer. I've been at BB when the decibel level of children upstairs is quite loud. Parents have been asked by barkeeps to tone it down. Most comply, but some treat the place like it is a MacDonalds play space and take affront. Please consider that the primary business at BB is adult oriented, and bar flies, we can think back to when joy was freely (and loudly) expressed. Think temperance on both sides - but not about alcohol :-]

The Bainbridge Brewing facility at Coppertop (not the alehouse downtown), which is the facility…read morewhere the beer is brewed, is a nice place to hang for a beer or two, although it can get busy on weekend afternoons. It seems to be a favorite place for families to gather during those times, which can make finding a seat difficult. By early evening, most folks have cleared out, and it's pretty empty as the 9:00 hour approaches. We particularly like sitting upstairs since there's pinball close by (four machines), which we used quite a bit on our last visit. And, of course, there's their beer, which I love. My favorite is the Eagle Harbor IPA, their signature West Coast IPA. Their Kömmuter Kölsch is also one of my favorites (and likewise my girlfriend's favorite). I frequently buy cans of both to take home (which you can also buy at the Safeway on High School Road, and at the alehouse on Winslow near the ferry terminal).
